In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Unsere Südterrasse garantiert gute Erholung in schöner Natur. Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. In addition to a double bedroom, there is also another bedroom with a cozy bunk bed. You can also use a fenced-in garden with its own seating area. The house has its own toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a modern kitchen.

The property is fenced. Shopping 300 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, the third room is open, equipped with a sofa bed. Central heating is available.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
