On 100m² you have room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening, you can relax after an eventful day in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake. The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our farmhouse & is kept open, friendly & modernly equipped. The open kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker,kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.). The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.
