We had an amazing time during our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location in Ventura and by the beach. The three-story layout of the home was perfect for our group and had several common spaces which could be shared. There are sweeping views of the ocean and park from several of the common spaces including the living room and kitchen, two balconies and the primary bedroom on the third floor. The home is extremely well kept and was spotless when we arrived. The host left us some delectable cookies and a bottle of wine! Jayne (host) was quick to respond to any questions which we really appreciated. The house is located across from Marina Park, steps to the beach and a short drive to Harbor Village. You can also walk to Seaward Lane less than a mile away where you can enjoy some of the local restaurants, yogurt ice cream, bakery and coffee shop. We ate at Social Tap and Pierpont Tacos; both were very good. We couldn’t be happier!

This cabin has such a familiar, comforting vibe—it feels like stepping into a place your soul already knows. The sound of the creek just outside the door added a gentle soundtrack to my stay, and I especially loved having breakfast in the screened-in porch each morning. Everything was easy to find thanks to the clear directions and the helpful guest handbook, and the thoughtful touches (like fresh apples and eggs) made me feel genuinely welcomed. If you’re looking to truly get away from it all and reset in nature, this is a perfect spot.

Camilla was very responsive and even reached out to us independently to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Her casa kitchen was well stocked, the cottage is very cute , comfortable bed living area is relaxing and an easy quick drive to Ojai. We will definitely want to stay again when in the area. We highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Amy was an excellent host, ensuring a peaceful and luxurious stay in Montecito. The cottage is perfectly located: quiet, yet close to all the experiences and local amenities. It’s been lovingly appointed and maintained, stocked with all one would need. We loved relaxing outside, enjoying the flora and fauna. Amy was so gracious and helpful. Already dreaming of returning!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

All i can say is WOW! If you stay here, be prepared for this experience to spoil all other AirBnBs for you, because they will not be able to compare to how fantastic this is! Cynthia is a true professional, from above-and-beyond hospitality to an exquisite property down to the details - she needs a tv show! AirBNB is very lucky to even have someone this dedicated on this app. This properly is absolutely stunning- like something you would see in a magazine. My husband and I booked this on a trip for our first anniversary- and Cynthia went over the top, making us feel special for the weekend. We had massages on the property outside beside the tennis court (incredible), played private tennis, and even had smores by the firepit under the stars. We would come back just to stay here again! An absolute 10/10

We couldn’t have chosen a more serene place for our annual girls trip! The hosts Bonnie and Richard are outstanding! They respond to your texts quickly and are two of the nicest people you will ever meet!!!! Richard showed us around the grounds and gave us a little background on the place. The pictures online don’t do this place justice! The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The pool was refreshing after a day of shopping and enjoying the town of Ojai. We enjoyed sitting out on the lawn by the pool and enjoying all the greenery that surrounds Ojai Oasis. We all agreed that this place should be called Serenity, it was exactly what we all needed. We didn’t want to leave! They even have an EV charging station they allow you to use!

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.
