Super good host, he was always attentive and supporting me with any questions or needs. It is a very quiet and private space, as shown in the photographs. In addition, the area is also quiet and the location is great, you have the UNF very close, as well as the Town Center

The Little White Cottage was an amazing stay! The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful but close to the necessities. Dorothy was super proactive with her communication and provided clear directions and notes. The cottage was equipped with things I didn’t even know I’d need! It was extremely clean and comfortable. It allowed me a place to come back to after a day trip as well as a quiet atmosphere to get work done when necessary. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Wonderful in every way!! You will be amazed at how perfect your stay is in this little oasis. We were delighted with the charm and attention to detail. We would stay again and recommend this location to anyone considering a get away to St. Augustine. The accommodations can not be beat. We were just as delighted relaxing and reading as we were touring and enjoying the sites.

Greetings all, everything was great!! Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and parks and all within walking distance. The home and cottage were perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary. I would recommend this location to family/friends. Additionally, McKenna was terrific. I'm generally not the person in the family that handles travel plans so having her to reach out to was reassuring, and her response time was immediate. I will end this 5-star review by saying, if needing a place to stay in Avondale in the future, I will stay here :) Jackie
