Wij hadden een huurauto genomen en die heb je zeker wel nodig om overal te geraken. We raden zeker ook het stadje Lucca aan! Ons verblijf was heel fijn, warm en rustgevend!

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

We had a wonderful time at Julie's house. The description cannot cover the details of the atmosphere of this wonderful Tuscan home. A very well stocked super market around the corner. Nice people gather at the bar downstairs and it closes early enough not to cause annoyance. I hope to return here again.

We stayed here for two weeks. It was myself, my wife, a 5 year old and twin 3 month olds. The accommodation was more than comfortable for all of us. Monica was a perfect host before and during our stay. We were greeted by her upon arrival and provided with an extensive document outlining all of the house recommendations, property amenities and local activities such as hiking and other excursions. The property is a little slice of heaven and we spent most of our nice days with some hiking followed by relaxing and playing by the shared bbq area which in our opinion had the best view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Monica was very responsive to all of our questions and requests during our stay. The pool was closed but we used the hot tub twice, which was very relaxing. The local restaurant in Sillico is less than a 5 minute walk and has great rustic Tuscan food with local ingredients. Thanks for an excellent experience we endeavour to come back hopefully next time in the summer!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Erica. L'hôte est très réactive au message, les instructions d'arrivée très claires avec les photos pour guider. Le paysage est magnifique. Appartement confortable pour 4 personnes, un peu plus à l'étroit pour 6, avec les WC dans la salle de bain. Petit bémol, même si l'appartement ne donne pas sur la route, on entend pas mal le passage des camions dès le petit matin...C'est juste un détail! Vinaigrerie artisanale avec un petit musée juste à côté..Visite très sympa avec dégustation;)

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

L’appartamento è bello, nuovo e ben attrezzato. Perfetto per 4, ma si può stare anche in 6 (il divano letto non è comodissimo). Il locker con le chiavi è stato un po’ difficoltoso da aprire, ma basta schiacciare leggermente lo sportello mentre si tira la levetta. Consigliato, io ci tornerei!

Alloggio molto bello, curato nei dettagli, posto in zona centrale a Porretta Terme, facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi sia in auto, vicino a tutti i servizi. Le foto e la descrizione corrispondono all'appartamento. The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Daniele. Es war schön ruhig zum Schlafen, morgens wurden wir von der Sonne geweckt und konnten die Morgensonne zum Frühstück geniessen. Kinderfreundlich war es auch und es gab sogar einen Spielplatz vor dem Haus. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

L’appartamento di Vittoria corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. Arredato con molto buon gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. La cucina e’ attrezzatissima. Nonostante abbiamo prenotato l’alloggio nel pomeriggio per la sera stessa, Vittoria ha risposto subito ed e’ stata gentilissima, ha preparato la casa in modo impeccabile. Ottima pasticceria per la colazione a due passi dalla casa.

Casa Orzala è stata un’esperienza molto più che positiva! Io e i miei amici ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’alloggio è pulito, ordinato, spazioso e con tutto il necessario per vivere bene! (e forse anche di più) Le stanze sono dotate di ogni comfort, la terrazza esterna ha una vista mozzafiato. La piscina è una chicca in più che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La zona è tranquilla e immersa nel verde e permette di fare diverse passeggiate per scoprire i dintorni. Se dovessimo tornare in zona Lucca, sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo Casa Orzala!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Wir hatten kurz nach Ostern einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Als wir ankamen, war auf alles geachtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und es gibt einen schönen Pool, den man nutzen kann. Die Anreise ist etwas schwierig, da man auf den Berg hochfahren muss und die Straßen sehr eng sind. Daher muss man unbedingt den Infos von Luca folgen, da die Strecke über Google Maps nicht richtig angezeigt wird. Man sollte also mit einem nicht zu großen Auto anreisen. Wir würden es aber jeder Zeit wieder machen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Geweldig verblijf, heel ruim, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, tot in detail, heel compleet. Een groot en comfortabel bed! Top locatie, paar minuten lopen van hartje centrum, restaurants etc. Een gratis parkeerplaats op nog geen 10 minuten lopen. Goed en snel contact met de host! Enige minpuntje was dat niet alle lampen werkten en dat het gootsteenputje in de keuken niet goed doorliep. Dit hebben we aan de host laten weten en wordt waarschijnlijk snel opgelost. De douche is krap, zeker voor zo'n grote douchekop. Verder mooie, ruime badkamer.

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Waar moet ik beginnen?! Frederica is een klasse apart; super vriendelijk, behulpzaam, netjes, vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek, alsof we elkaar al jaren kende. En de woning? Tot in de puntjes gestyled! Smetteloos. Een thuis! Heerlijke keuken, fantastische douche, gezellige living. Er is zelfs een platenspeler met muziek passend bij het interieur! Sasso Marconi is een leuk stadje, met alle faciliteiten die je mag verwachten. Tip: Pak de trein naar bologna, rijdt ieder uur en binnen een half uur sta je in de stad! En dat voor 2,5 euro per persoon!! Als ik ooit terug ga naar deze regio, 100% dat ik naar Frederica terug ga!

We hebben twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht in dit fijne huis op een onvergetelijke plek. In de ochtend en avond buiten eten bij het zwembad met een werkelijk fenomenaal panorama-uitzicht. We wisten niet waar we moesten kijken, zo mooi. Huis staat op een rustige plek met wat huizen eromheen waar je verder geen last van hebt. Wij vonden het prettig om niet helemaal afgezonderd te zitten. Geen overlast, een veilig gevoel, overal aardige mensen, een heel leuk dorpje met restaurantjes en prima supermarkten in de buurt. Heel fijn contact met Matilde en haar familie. Kortom, een vakantie om door een ringetje te halen en waar we heel fijn op terug kijken!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

Lucia ist eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin 💕, auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht und ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Es ist super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Traumhafter Blick. Sensationelle Sonnenauf- und Untergänge inbegriffen. Die letzten Meter sind steil und eng, wir hatten einen 3er BMW, damit war es zu schaffen, mit einem größeren Auto könnte es eng werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen wärmstens empfehlen!

Sabrina is a very nice, friendly and very cooperative host! We enjoyed the stay in Bologna, and although we stayed at this accomodation only for 1 night, we felt at home! The apartment is very clean, filled with everything we needed. The apartment is very close to the bus station, from which you can easily get to the city centre, the airport or any place around. Sabrina also gifted us a bottle of wine and she had prepared lots of sweets and pastries for us. Everything was perfect here!

The hosts were wonderful, the home is quite cozy and filled interesting and fun decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to town and the train station to move freely around Tuscany. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful to refresh our clothes. We found the people and the town to be lovely and are leaving a piece of our hearts in beautiful Pistoia.
