Very cozy flat in the heart of Costa Adeje

In Tenerife in Costa Adeje , next to PLAYA de Las Americas, 150 meters from the sea,close to supermarkets ,restaurants,shops,taxis and buses. Very central and comfortable. Beautiful and newly furnished studio,with double bed and sofa bed. Functional cooking area,bathroom with washing machine and large terrace for outdoor dining. Residence with 9 swimming pools and beautiful gardens. Great for your seaside vacation all year round. We will welcome you with recommendations on restaurants,hikes and parks. We will be available.

Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.

Fantastic new, private and very quiet apartment with 2 swimming pools, it is 4 minutes from the wonderful white beach of La Pinta, next to Puerto Colon, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, 600 meters from the Siam Park water park The apartment has a room with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, ideal for families.
