Beautiful and newly furnished studio,with double bed and sofa bed. Functional cooking area,bathroom with washing machine and large terrace for outdoor dining. Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.

The modern apartment in Mare Verde residence is located in the center of the popular Costa Adeje area, next to the beaches Torviscas and Playa Fanabe, restaurants, stores, pharmacies. The flat is on the second floor. It is very well furnished with air conditioners and a safe box. It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a terrace. Internet connection and Smart TV are provided free of charge. The complex has several swimming pools.

The living room sofa is a 1.40 x 2 meter bed. fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, coffee makers. Hair dryer and washing machine, 300 m from Fañabe Beach and about 500 m from Puerto Colon, several supermarkets nearby, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop and taxi. Gran Sur Shopping Center is very close, where you will find a supermarket with fresh items.

Fantastic new, private and very quiet apartment with 2 swimming pools, it is 4 minutes from the wonderful white beach of La Pinta, next to Puerto Colon, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, 600 meters from the Siam Park water park The apartment has a room with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, ideal for families.

Includes 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a large TV and sofa. All rooms have air conditioning. From the living room, access a private green courtyard with a dining area and a gas barbecue. The large pool near your house is always at your disposal.
