Studio located in the center of Playa De Las Américas 150 meters from the beach overlooking the sea and island of La Gomera.(sixth floor). On the same side of the central bus station and at a distance view of SIAM PARK and MAGMA convention center. Restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Studio with sea view, very comfortable sofa bed and extra bed (possible child). Bathroom shower tray, American kitchen with all the utensils to cook ceramic glass 2 fires microwave fridge. Flat screen television national and international channels, DVD ,air conditioning. Terrace with table and chairs and clothesline. I am a tourist guide of the Canary Islands so I can inform you of all places of interest on the island(s) . As well as booking rental cars and /or excursions. My wife Toom ,from Thailand is a therapist and can on request in a place near the pool conditioned for the purpose of giving oriental massages at much more affordable prices than in the massage and wellness centers of the hotels. And why not for a special evening a typical Thai dinner catering!!!! The south of Tenerife has the eternal spring you can stay all year with very pleasant temperatures. Community pool,parking and garden area.

The place was super-clean and had everything you need. The entertainment from a hotel nearby was a bit irritating but somehow we still managed to fall asleep and have a good rest each night. We didn't use the pool and didn't cook but appreciated the many tupperware containers for our breakfast items. Host was flexible with our checkout which was appreciated.

lovely apartment near lots of restaurants and bars and the beach. Great there are beach towels for you, just like a home from home. Also had a slight problem with power going out and host was right on it and sorted it out straight away, would return again.

Bright, clean, well-equipped apartment with huge terrace in a quiet and peaceful complex. Walkable to beaches and restaurants, but feels a world away from the noise and the traffic. Lovely pool on site, which was closed for maintenance during the first few days of our stay, but was wonderful when it opened. We had it mostly to ourselves - despite being communal - which was an unexpected treat. Natalie was friendly, responsive and helpful, organising a late check-out for us as we had an evening flight home.

I’ve been coming to Adeje (Tenerife) for over 20 years and this is easily the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. The place is modern, clean and spacious. The views from BOTH balconies are gorgeous and the host is really friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay
