Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

Quiet Gem - This was our 5th time at this location. Walking distance to the Local Meadows and Creek. - a few Blocks over there is a neighborhood park that hosts a small Lake, Frisbee Golf Coarse, New Bridge across the Upper Truckee River, Farmers Market, Kid Playground, Pickle / Tennis Courts, Geo Cache everywhere and more. a few miles away there are a few small food places and a Market also Ski and Bike Rentals. Great size backyard all fenced in for kids and pets. Super Quiet - Enjoy ! - We Did !

Nele and Brad’s place was perfect for us-not in the center of everything “Lake Tahoe” but a bit removed and still offering grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to activities while also offering desired quiet and privacy. We were there in the spring but it would also be a great spot in the winter to ski the various resorts. The house itself was clean and comfortable, the beds were great, the kitchen and dining area well appointed and perfect, and having three bathrooms was a bonus. This beautiful home is in a private residential neighborhood so you need to be respectful of the neighbors and the community in which it sets. It is perfect for a family with younger kids or older couples visiting the area. It is definitely not an active “party” spot and does not offer any “nightlife activities” for those seeking that type of getaway. However it checked all of the boxes for us and easily deserves the 5/5 star review. Appreciated extras include coffee, popcorn, tissues, spices.

Had a great time at Erik's place. Beautiful surrounding with amazing amenities. Has it all needed to wind down during a vacation. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Best location if u want to visit Lake Tahoe, super close to emerald bay hiking trails, close to super market, yet very quiet. The place is spotless clean with everything we need, love the coffee and coffee machine. We had a wonderful stay.
