Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.

NEW Private Pool Coming Spring 2025! There are so many things about our home that we enjoy. One would be the large deck with direct access to the beach which was the first thing that we fell in love with when we first saw our home. But, I think the large gathering room/kitchen over looking the beach and ocean through the wall of windows is our absolute favorite area because we all end up hanging out, sharing laughter, good food and good times.
