Beach house vacation rentals in Alabama

Fun, peaceful, relaxing, clean & modern home. We had 4 kids ages ranging from 6-19, and they all GREATLY enjoyed the lake house vacation. The home & property had everything and I mean EVERYTHING one could need. Great memories were made inside and outside the Green Herron. We fished, swam, s’mores by the fire place, grilled, played games we never played before… the fun was endless. The hosts truly put their heat and hard work into this place. BOOK IT!

What a fantastic place! Perfect location on the water. Easy sloping yard down to the water with NO STAIRS! The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. We loved the place so much we have already booked a return trip for this summer!

Charlotte was very responsive on such short notice! We found ourselves in a last minute lurch, and she quickly worked magic on her end to help us out (and on a holiday weekend)! Inside the home was pristine like pages out of Pottery Barn, so comfy and filled with all the amenities needed. Right on the water with a porch, Adirondack chairs and a dock, it was the definition of a peaceful relaxing escape. We will definitely check this out when we come back! Thanks Charlotte!

The house was everything it said it was. It had a great layout and lots of space for the 10 adults. We loved our own little private beach area right in the backyard. The decks were perfect with lots of tables and chairs for relaxing. It was very peaceful and would highly recommend.

The location was perfect! The lake is beautiful and the home is so well laid out! There are multiple gathering spots to enjoy! The screen porch, the spacious living room, the dining room, the upstairs landing zone, the dock and the upper deck. This was such a good fit for our 4 grandsons, ranging in age from 12 to 6 months. The kayak and paddle board options were thoroughly enjoyed. It was perfect!

We had a great stay! Loved the house it was clean and plenty of room for our 5 adults and 4 small children. Jennifer was fantastic and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place. If possible, I’d say rent a golf cart as that was extremely helpful in getting to and from the beach!

My family of nine - teenagers, young adults and moms - really enjoyed our girls’ trip stay at Shell Seeker. The unit was spacious and clean. We really appreciated each bedroom having its own bathroom! The younger family members slept well in the bunkbed nook by the kitchen. The kitchen was huge, so we had plenty of room to sit, chat, and eat each evening. The under counter icemaker was a huge bonus! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the world go by in the mornings and evenings. Beach access was just a quick dash across the street. It was also very convenient to have Pier 33 just down the street for quick grocery runs. There was plenty of room for our four vehicles under the unit. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean, spacious and rarely crowded during our stay.

We stayed at the Seagull for 5 nights. The house was even more beautiful in person, the view amazing, and everything that you could possibly need for comfort and functionality was provided. Our hosts were super friendly and responded promptly to my many questions. By far the most amazing house we’ve ever rented and I’m sure it’s the first of many times that we will be back.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and certainly great for a family with small kids. It is situated in a gated community at Laguna Key at the end of Beach Blvd (turn right at HangOut). The community afforded us increased privacy which is nice when you don't want to be around all the hustle and bustle of the main GS beaches. All the condo amenities were as described and perfect for us - they even had a pack n play and of course beach/pool toys. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids and so convenient. There was a community pool but we did not use it because of the private pool that was the right size and depth for small kids. The community access to the beach was a short walk. The beach was great and it was not ever crowded during our stay. Michelle was responsive whenever I messaged. We had an excellent stay and would stay here again next time we are in Gulf Shores.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They answered all our questions quickly, gave great local recommendations, and were always available if we needed anything. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but it was the hosts’ attentiveness and kindness that really made our stay special. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect & exactly what we needed with 5 children! Beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys were so so helpful. Our host was extremely accommodating to my many requests on early check in, and incredibly responsive to any questions I had. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The public pool was perfect and was never too crowded. Everyone at the cottages were incredibly friendly. This beach is extremely kid friendly. The walk to the beach was a breeze. Takes maybe 2 minutes until your feet hit the sand! We will definitely be back! 5 stars!!!!

Wow! Our stay at this house was nothing short of amazing! The brand-new property was super clean and provided ample space for our group of six adults and five children. The pool was a perfect hit with our grandchildren, ranging in age from 10 to 3 years old. They had a blast splashing around and enjoying the water. The beach being just a short walk away added to the convenience and fun of our trip. We were also incredibly thankful for the corner plaza market, which had everything we needed - a restaurant, a seafood market, an ice cream stand, and of course, a small market for any essentials. Joel was exceptional in his responsiveness to all our communications, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This place truly knocks it out of the park 100% and is absolutely perfect for families looking to have a memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

Everything about this home was AMAZING! From the exceptional customer service to the most helpful guidebook that provided us an idea of how to navigate the home and the surrounding area, I’m simply amazed and satisfied! The home was clean and sanitized to perfection. I quickly realized how welcoming the hosts wanted to make us feel right at home by walking into a fully equipped kitchen, just waiting to be used. Not to mention the bathrooms were stocked with even the smallest items that are usually simple and easy to forget during travel…Derek has you covered. The 3 headed shower was AHHMAZZZING!! The pool was literally steps away as mentioned. The beach access wasn’t too far of a walk and it was actually pleasant to have your own quiet space. The arcade game and board games kept our family entertained in the evenings. My family and I truly enjoyed this home and we look forward to staying again in the future!

This was our first visit to Dauphin Island, and we loved it! The home was perfect for our family. The pool was a bonus, walk was nice to the beach and you have to rent a golf cart, the best way to explore the island!! We had so much fun cooking dinners together, kitchen was equipped with the basics. We all agreed, coming back and staying at the “Tides Inn”, felt like home.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Brian’s condo in Gulf Shores. The location was fantastic—safe, peaceful, and just a short walk to both the beach and the bay. The condo itself was quiet and relaxing, and we really appreciated having balconies on each floor to enjoy the fresh air. The pool was clean and conveniently located right off the unit. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials, and the beds were comfortable with clean bedding. Brian was a great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues: the hallway bathroom tub drained slowly, some command hooks and furniture pieces had come loose or broken, and there was a noticeable water stain on the ceiling in the main bedroom. A few decorative elements had wear, like scuffed walls or stained pillow. Despite these small things, the overall experience was very positive, and the pros definitely outweighed the cons. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay

Thank you for much for letting us stay at your house! The location was perfect and close to the beach, and close to tacky jacks for a walk/short drive. I will definitely recommend this house to friends and family when looking for a place to stay in gulf shores/fort Morgan. The space was perfect for anything you could ask for, sitting outside, cooking, watching a movie, or grilling. The deck was amazing as it was so clean, spacious, and great furniture to utilize!

If you are considering booking this place, just do it! You won’t regret it! Ethan and Brooklyn were extremely pleasant to work with- flexible with the weight limit on my dog and allowed me to check in 2 hours early! Their place is perfect and within a short walk to the beach. We loved it and so did our pup! Thank you, Ethan and Brooklyn! We will definitely be back to the gulf shores area and would love to stay again sometime!

We stayed here for 4 days and this house was perfect for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was quick and convenient. I feel like the pictures didn't do this cute place much justice. The house was clean and very well stocked. The one thing I would say is, if you are planning to cook alot, I'd bring 1 or 2 more pans. Other than that, they had alot more than I expected. The back patio was awesome. Had good shade and beautiful view to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the pillows in the master room are the most comfortable pillows to sleep on. I also enjoyed how cold the AC was, especially in the hot weather. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful area , very quiet. Great view from Porch. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with lots of appliances. Clean overall. Bathrooms were fine. Not fancy but an overall great place to stay. Looks like exterior is being upgraded but interior was totally fine. Will definitely recommend this place and likely to return. Host was absolutely reachable and fast with all questions we had. Overall a really nice place!

Such a relaxing stay and there were dolfins out in the bay! Definitely a great spot If you’re not the going out type. It’s quiet and secluded and away from all the main strip drama on gulf shores.

We had 5 adults and 6 kids and this house had more than enough space! It was private, but also a short walk to the beach. The large sand area under the house helped keep our kids entertained (and cool) in between beach trips. Ashley always responded quickly to any questions we had and we were provided with detailed instructions prior to our arrival which helped a lot. It was a very cute house and we cannot wait to visit again.
