This polished space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, en suite laundry, and high ceilings featuring tall windows that radiate plenty of natural light. Street parking is first come first serve. However, complimentary parking is located in the paid lot at the rear of the building. Also, train tracks run in the rear, no horn sounds, but white noise machine provided.

This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit.
