A little piece of Heaven is what my dad always called it! The basement has been turned into a nice, private living area created for fishermen, guest visiting our Fame recording studio or the ultimate family vacation. If you have a little one we can also furnish a crib, high chair and possibly other necessities you may need to make your trip a little lighter! You have your own deck halfway to the water and full access to the pier. Also provide as many life jackets that you may need. Steenson Hollow marina and boat ramp is located 2 doors down for easy access for the boaters. Cleats, bumpers and ladders are also located on the pier. For history lovers Wilson Dam is just right around the corner, which is also a great place to pick up some gorgeous driftwood. We guarantee you will love it as much as we do!

Downtown Private Suite

Enjoy your own private entrance into the home through the back patio, leading directly into a private living room with an attached master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. The home is centrally located near downtown Enterprise. Please note: This is a shared home; however, no living spaces are shared. A locked door separates both sections of the home to ensure complete privacy. Recreational drug use and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property.

This is a private in-law suite next to the attached garage of a beautiful mountain view home located conveniently near Monte Sano, Five Points, and Downtown HSV. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.
