Monthly Rentals in Fairbanks Ranch

Everything was perfect! I can highly recommend this. Second year here for me, and just as satisfying again. Six weeks without any issues whatsoever. Robin and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and safe, close to a grocery store, gym, etc. 10 out of 10 ! I’ll be back 😊

We found it located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of foliage in a spacious backyard location. It was peaceful and had wonderful outdoor seating on both levels. Its location made getting to the beach and freeways very easy. It was comfortable and well furnished. The lovely bedrooms are downstairs from the main level, so bear that in mind if a guest is mobility challenged. It is a wonderful home to choose for comfort, serenity, and that “being out in the country” feel, while still being close to so many of the great activities and gems that the area has to offer.

Roger and Kari's place was a home away from home for our family with three small children. The place was well accommodating to littles with access to child furniture (pack and play, high chair, etc) and was child proofed as well. The quiet inside and outside was much appreciated as a place to get away from all the San Diego/CA exploring! Roger and Kari were very responsive and understanding to the unpredictable life with our kiddos. Thanks for a great week!

The Airbnb was spacious and lovely. Very quiet location, which I loved. It was a bit remote, but Conrad's listing was pretty clear about that. There were a couple of minor issues while I was there, that Conrad took care of right away. I was very happy about that. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, especially for someone staying a few weeks, like I did. Thank You, Conrad!
