Viola was an incredibly helpful host. She was always very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very comfortable and clean and well kept. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who wants to stay in Faenza.

We had a great 2-night stay in Faenza. The apartment was centrally located and just a pleasant 13-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient. It had all the amenities needed for a short stay, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment. Do note that it’s on the third floor with no elevator - not an issue for us, but worth keeping in mind. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Luisa met us in person and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. She was very lovely and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment met expectations, was very clean and tidy with every comfort, it was well heated with all services, very close to the historic center and many other services, I recommend it ☺️

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà

Fabio was a great host. Good location, within walking distance of most of Bologna.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I was well informed by Marina my entire stay. With the clearest instruction, I got to the apartment very easily. Which is wonderfully light and having an outside is very nice. During my stay in Bologna it was very warm, but fortunately there was a well-functioning air conditioning. During my stay, I was always able to reach Marina. She is very friendly and thinks along. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

Roberta gave us an amazing introduction to Bologna, recommended some spots to eat and get drinks. She was very communicative and any problems were solved very fast. 10/10.

The unit is very clean and nice. There was construction in front of the building but it was still easy to access and very close to garage. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to the vibrant restaurant and cafe scene.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Perfect!!!!!!! The hosts are so nice, the garden is very nice with its swimming pool. Colorado the dog got along very well with our dog 😊 We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation and our dog too, the owner kindly offered to take it out while we were visiting Florence, and everything went well. Florence is close by so you can visit the city during the day. We would 100% recommend this listing!! 🥰

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

The apartment is new and nicely furnished with medium-high quality furniture. The bathroom is spacious although it would have deserved a window. You can't hear the noises coming from the outside, and the air conditioning works properly. Host available and friendly as people on the premises. Definitely an experience that can be repeated in the future.

An amazing place. The photos do not do it justice. Amazing countryside and the host is lovely, she gave us lots of recommendations and they were all amazing! I cannot recommend this place more, I wish we stayed for longer.
