House vacation rentals in Faenza

Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

We where met by the owners , talked through the villa, got directions to and from our venue As we arrived late we needed to eat, they found us a local restaurant and booked our table. They gave us two other restaurant recommendations, both of which we used , one of them twice. Incredible value for great fresh food, pizza and pasta.

Terraced house in a beautiful setting, quiet, perfect for relaxing. Large pool with remarkable views. In the middle of August with very high heat, the location of the house a little at altitude offers very pleasant, fresh and ventilated evenings. Antonella our host is very discreet, very kind, while being very available in case of need. In addition, she speaks perfect French. We'll be happy to go back.

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

Really very comfortable house, tidy and complete with every comfort. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was impeccable and another very important aspect to consider is the reserved parking that can accommodate even cars of considerable length. Elisa is a very responsive host who took care of every detail of our stay even before arrival. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

The stay was wonderful, the place was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed. Particularly pleasant was the parking at the property and the beautiful little garden where you can recover from sightseeing. I would come back anytime.

We stayed in this vacation home with the whole family and had a very good time. The apartment is spacious, well organized and also equipped with a comfortable internal courtyard. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location is excellent: close to all the main points of interest and very convenient for those who want to enjoy a beach vacation. The host, Graziella, was very attentive, precise, nice and really capable, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. An experience we recommend.

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

We had wonderful days at Enrico's place. After a very long journey, we were allowed to enter the accommodation earlier and were warmly welcomed later. Very quiet environment with a beautiful view. If you want to sit outside, however, you should be prepared for the mosquitoes. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend the cottage! ☺️

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Nicely designed space and free peaking nearby. Good location for exploring San Marino, Rimini and Ravenna

Arriving only for one night, Filippo very kindly showed me the house, which was very clean, with fragrant sheets, quiet, offering a good rest even if very close to the center (5/10 minutes' walk) there was also coffee and tea, a coffee maker and a bottle of water on our arrival. Very quiet and kind host

We stayed at the apartment for four nights with two children. We enjoyed it very much. Really lots of space - two bathrooms and great location. Quiet and yet in the middle of it. Gloria was very quick to help with any questions. Grazie mille!
