This apartment is on the top floor of the 3 storey building. There is an alarm system in the apartment The apartment is around 45 square meters in total. All materials are new. 5 minutes walk to Vodina street. There is a double bed and a sofa bed.

Our house is a 5 minutes walk from the market, bakery, greengrocer and pharmacy. Available for families. It is not suitable for parties and entertainment.

Our place, a historical building, is centrally located in Beyoglu which is in the historical area of Istanbul. The place is 10 min walking distance to Istiklal Street, bars, traditional restaurants, and night clubs. It is also very close to most important historical places such as Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Galata. The metro and bus stations are 1 km and 350 m away, respectively. It is located in the residential area. So it is important to be quite after 10 pm.

The flat is on the ground floor of a wooden historic house so smoking, cooking, candling and any forms of fire is prohibited due to safety regulations. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that also offer delivery.
