Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο με απεριόριστη θέα της αγοράς. Το ανσασέρ της πολυκατοικίας ανεβαίνει μέχρι τον 3ο κ μετά υπάρχει μια σκάλα για το σπίτι.

Μόλις 3 τετράγωνα μακριά απ' την κεντρική πλατεία του Μεσολογγίου, συνδυάζει την άμεση επισκεψιμότητα των μοναδικών ιστορικών σημείων της πόλης, της νυχτερινής ζωής της, αλλά και την ηρεμία της ήσυχης ελληνικής γειτονιάς.
