Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Evrytania

The house of Panagiotis is located in a traditional village , with a mini market, and restaurant very close, either on foot or by car and has a fence for anyone who has a child or a pet. Also, if anyone chooses to stay there, like us, there is a very close distance( you go on foot) the church of the village. The house had permanent heating that we regulated it, and hot water. Panagiotis completely understandable and even sent his father immediately to help us in something as far as the fence, which was really arranged very simple. When we arrived at our house there, they were waiting for sorts, chocolates and juices in the fridge. We felt very relaxed, in the quiet , with coats and friendly dogs in the houses.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Impeccable communication with Dimitris, he suggested activities and places to eat that turned out to be very good options. The home is beautiful, cozy, just like in the photos right above Proussos Square.

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

George and his wife are nice people who come to pick you up at the church, and take you to the house. A beautiful old characteristic house with garden (including chickens and rabbits). Close to the sea with beautiful sunset (no beach).

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our group of 13. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight! The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the refreshing pool. The property felt private, and check-in and check-out were easy. Although communication with the host was limited weeks before arrival, they were very helpful and friendly once we checked in, with clear directions that made it easier to find the place, as GPS will take you the wrong way. The house was clean, though we noticed a few cigarette buds outside. The kitchen could use some updates and wasn’t as well-equipped as we hoped, but it had the essentials. Groups over 11 should note that two people will need to sleep in the living room, and there’s no large indoor dining area. Overall, the two living rooms, pool table, and outdoor grill made for a fantastic experience, and we had a great week. Highly recommended!

An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

The accommodation was beautiful. Cosy and cute, had everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and lovely white linen. The bathroom was immaculate with a large shower unit and great toiletries and fluffy towels. Elena was a star, lots of information about the area and sorting out a water issue. The caretaker was straight out to sort it. Excellent communication, Can’t fault anything.

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

The apartment we booked was great! The location was amazing, filled with activities and a great atmosphere. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed Efstathias very cute AirBnB at Lefkada a lot and missed nothing. Café and supermarkt some meters away and you can park direkt infront. Only the Street in front of the house is a bit noise in the morning. We can definitely recommend that flat and will come back! Thank you very much!

Enchanting house. Completely private. Well equipped and everything worked. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Very good communication with the host. Despite a long unpaved road, easily accessible. Restaurant and shopping can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The house was clean and equipped with welcome greetings. Wonderful night sky. We would book again.

Extremely kind and helpful hosts, they responded quickly. The apartment is relatively close to a bus stop and downtown. It's worth the money! I'll be back again!

The location of this apartment is absolutely outstanding. The photos of both the interior and exterior nowhere near do it justice. Although it is a studio apartment the sleeping area is much larger and more beautiful than we expected. Sure, the 'kitchen' is rudimentary but you haven't come here to cook! The terrace has a terrific view and it is a short walk down the steps through the garden to a jetty where we had use of a kayak in a magnificent, quiet bay. To the front of the apartment there are further steps over the road down to a small beach in another superb bay. The peninsula at this point is only 90 metres wide with the apartment high up in the middle, so you can watch the sunrise on one side then see the sunset on the other side. The walk to Vathy port is 18 minutes. Federica was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay.
