House vacation rentals in Evrytania

A charming and new house surrounded by trees and stunning scenery, a short driving distance from an excellent Greek taverna and from the city center of Lefkada, the hosts were available and nice. We had a great time.

My stay at the villa was fantastic. The beach was clean and tranquil, and having access to kayaks and paddle boards added a fun element. The modern villa with a private pool and barbecue was impressive. The host was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The surrounding landscape, with mountains and rocky sea features, was stunning. Highly recommended for a wonderful getaway.

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

Well, Its hard to explain this house in words. You have to visit to experience it ..The views , house, amenities.. all are extremely well and organized. Beyond that, the way kostas and team prepared this ABB to perfection considering families, is beyond commendable!! Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is accessible in the apartment. Very specific, how the kitchen is equipped and organized is amazing. I have been using ABB for past several years and never come across such amazing ABB experience The only regret is, we should’ve stayed for more days. I should also say a few words about Lefkada. This island (though connected) is spectacular !! The landscape, views , blue turquoise ocean, food and most important , the people are worth mentioning. We have experienced the true Greek hospitality!! Thanks John

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

We had an amazing stay at Nelion's place. The house is practically touching the water, and is a pleasure to stay in, with the soothing sound of the waves, a gorgeous view, a boat and snorkeling equipment available. It's like having your own private piece of the sea. Highly recommended.

One of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It was so clean and the space felt very safe. The pool was gorgeous and well-maintained. The hosts were extremely friendly and went above and beyond helping us with our travels. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Lefkada. :)

This place is way cooler than you think from the photos. I wish we had more time to spend there. The host was outside to help us find the place at about 23:00! there were generous amounts of food, and toiletries. Great place!

Lovely apartment, exactly like photos and description, that makes a great base while staying in Vathy. The upside down living arrangement makes full use of location allowing for a gorgeous patio area and great watching platform for all the yachts that moor right outside the apartment. As others have said you are on the main road which at the time of our visit wasn’t very busy, but had usual port side activities, it’s close to the centre and great for taxi pick ups. If you like being close to facilities and enjoy people watching it’s a perfect place to stay. We had a few minor maintenance issues we report, ie light in bathroom, which Christina responded to and sorted straight away without any inconvenience to us. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and beautiful house

The house was super,the hostess even more!It is in a very nice location outside the village but at the same time close to downtown and the harbour.. There is a nice yard with a kindergarten,fruit trees and very kind pet animals.!The car was literally next to our door.. thank you Panayota for a wonderful break!We will come back to you again!

The pictures don’t do this home justice! Amazing brand new place with everything you need for an amazing stay! Full kitchen, sitting room/living room with outdoor patio. Patio off the back of the bedroom with chairs. Laundry was very nice. Lots of small special touches. Amazing views of the ruins behind the home. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Across the street from the parks and just down the road from the Arta Bridge. Definitely the best Airbnb in Arta!

This place was just what we needed to visit a couple different “day trip” places. The hosts were so welcoming and made everything so easy. They live downstairs and were there to help in any way. They even offered to let us barbecue in the outdoor kitchen downstairs. We would stay again if we are ever in the area. The place was big enough for us, our 2 teenagers, our toddler and preschooler.

George house is in excellent for a group o families or friends. It has a very nice view, well equiped home, and spacious rooms. It is in a walking distance (although a bit steep road to reach the central square of the village). I would suggest adding a safety door in the staircase, that would be very helpful for families. We had a problem with the heating the afternoon we arrived but George reached out for support and after a couple of hours the problem was figured out. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful and recommended place to stay. Very well maintained. Quiet and close to the beach. Friendly and helpful hosts. The kitchen equipment is a bit simple.

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. Fantastic apartment in the centre of Preveza. Spotlessly clean, fantastic terrace space, host was lovely. Highly recommended.

Anyone who likes the countryside and the absolute tranquility of nature is the perfect place!! We enjoyed the night sky with the stars and it will be unforgettable!! Mr. George helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed!!

Out of the way and private, bit of a detour to get there but some beautiful views made the drive worthwhile. They have everything you need but come prepared with groceries for dinner.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.
