Krisanne is very welcoming and also very respectful of privacy. We were able to have our grandchildren visit for fun mealtimes. The basement apartment is clean and quiet and well outfitted. The kitchen exhaust fan and toaster outlet have unusual configurations but our 8 year old granddaughter read the instructions on the wall to us and discovered the outlet under the shelf! Everything is well thought out. Electric baseboard heaters make it comfortable - even in winter. There are plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. We enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom - so someone could sleep in and not be awakened by activity in the kitchen or bathroom We love the proximity to our family, the lovely spacious Northacres Park and the Helene Madison public swimming pool. An added bonus was the neighbors bird feeder right out the side entrance door!

Cristen and Will were fabulous hosts for my longer stay. I felt comfortable and safe with well lit stairs to Airbnb entry. They always responded quickly with any questions. During snowy weather the steps were always clear and ice free. The neighbor hood is quiet, wonderful for walking and close to restaurants. Thank you for a super stay!!

We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. The bed was very comfortable. The shades made sleeping very easy. The neighborhood was very upscale. We will be back again when our grandson graduates. Thanks Peter!

Lane's place was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had lovely views. Even though it's basically one large room it felt like there was plenty of space and the spaces were well defined. The area was clean and quiet with a nice walking trail, stores, and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay at Kathryn and Tom’s place. The space was very comfortable for 2 adults. We enjoyed having a private entrance via the garage and access to laundry. The space was clean and well stocked with household items you may need during your stay. The location was great - safe, walkable, and easy access to downtown and other parts of Seattle. We appreciated the dedicated parking space out front. Communication was easy, clear, and quick. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Seattle!

Peaceful location not far from the center of Seattle. Amanda provided everything we needed and was always very responsive and helpful. Very scenic and quiet area. We even saw rabbits running down the street

A lovely host~! Very quick to respond. We asked if it would be possible to check-in early. There was another guest staying the night before us, but they happened to check-out early in the morning, so Kim prepared the room and notified us when it was available— so kind! During the stay, I also asked where the host stored the iron, and the next morning, there was a steamer and iron waiting for us in the living room— very responsive and non-intrusive. Even though the house is shared, the separate entrance helped us feel like we were in our own space It is a vintage-style house. We enjoyed the retro furniture and design (there was a surprise organ, too, which we played!) It’s in an idyllic location, sooo beautiful. Wished we stayed an additional night. If you’re a Twin Peaks fan, there are shooting locations about a 25 min drive away~! Overall, a great place, especially for the price. Would definitely stay again!!

Not sure where to start. If you are here to escape the busy life then I recommend staying here. The place was very cozy and they have set up some sort of water feature in the backyard where you are able to hear if you open the window over the sink. The entire place was very cozy and it felt safe and clean. The hosts are very accommodating and very respectful. I only spoke to them in passing but both times was nice to chat for a second. I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone passing through the area. As far as things to do, its a very short drive to the store as well as other shops. Close to the interstate so commuting isnt bad at all

My month long stay at Kyle’s bnb was wonderful. He was very responsive and provided great instructions for the stay. It can get a little difficult without a full kitchen for long stays, but Kyle was very accommodative of my small requests which made my life easy. The property itself is very well situated in a beautiful, safe and peaceful neighbourhood. Well connected by public transport (there’s a bus stop right across the street) to all the places you’d want to visit in Seattle. 5 min drive to Seattle Children’s, 10 mins bus ride to U-Village and the beautiful Magnuson Park. A five star stay, felt like home!

We were visiting family who live down the street, so the location was perfect for our stay. We used the airbnb mostly to sleep and have breakfast. The unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked little kitchen. A bonus was the comfortable bed. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again!

This was an excellent stay for me. Very easy to get to off the Link and close to some really great restaurants and bars in Columbia City. Getting into downtown was a breeze as well. The room and bathroom were spotless and well kept. Absolutely would book again when I am in Seattle. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Vivian's property. Communication was clear regarding check-in/check-out. They reached out to see if we needed anything mid-stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We had 4 people in our group and with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, it worked out well. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets if needed. The apartment was spotless and smelled nice. The property is a basement apartment and it was bright, clean, and easy to navigate for us. Access may be more difficult if someone could not walk on an incline. Check out was a simple process. Parking was in the driveway and we felt safe. The neighborhood is peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Seattle, yet close enough to grocery shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. We enjoyed the peekaboo view of Lake Washington and watching the seaplanes depart. We would stay here again.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Seattle. We loved the neighbourhood and enjoyed walks down by Gas Works. James and Jory’s place was pristine and had absolutely everything we needed. They ensured the accommodation was well equipped with a cot and high chair for our 6 month old. We also loved getting some recommendations for things to do on the next stage of our trip. If we ever come back from Northern Ireland, we will be sure to stay here if it is available! Thanks so much.

The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and our hosts were kind! Our stay was short, but it had everything one would need for a longer visit. Everything was clean, and it's in the perfect spot to open the windows and let the fresh air inside. The furniture was all very comfortable and clean, and the shower was lovely after a long night.

From the moment we walked in and saw the personalized welcome sign on the refrigerator, the whole family felt right at home. The space was spottlessly clean, spacious, and accommodating. Our two teenagers loved the smart TVs in the bedrooms to wind down with after a long day of exploring, and asked if we could stay here again next time we're in town. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

Kate's home is *pristine* and MUCH better than the listing profile. It was literally spotless and had so many accommodations ready, such as snacks, immersive lighting, and ambiance sounds via the many little waterfalls throughout the house or the spa-like birds recording playing in the bathroom (which had complimentary face masks, different pillows for picky sleepers, and robes for every guest). There is a 100% chance that we will stay here again and can't wait to hop back into the hot tub after a long week in the city. 12 out of 10.

Sharon and Lonnie's place is tucked away in a beautiful neighhood which is in a beautiful part of greater Seattle. There are many outdoor settings on the property and we enjoyed the gardens, the birds and the interspersed forests of giant trees. The suite itself has everything one needs. It is bright and furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. It was a real sanctuary and I hope to come back.

Very cute spot to be staying, many public transit options within 10mins of walking. We were able to communicate very fast and were able to drop off our luggage 5hrs before check-in which was SO nice!

Love this place! Very clean, neat, safe and comfortable. Hosts are super. Very responsive and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they borrowed me one. I need to leave my backpack there for a few more hours and they helped me with it. The top Airbnb I had ever been to. Highly recommend.

Kirsten’s place was an absolute gem! The space was peaceful, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It was above average in every way, with thoughtful touches like fresh brownies that made us feel so welcome. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best sleep during our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Dickie's studio continues to be our go to for our visits to Seattle. We continue to enjoy our stay and its proximity to many of favorite spots for food, drink and running.

What an amazing stay! So happy we found this beautiful home to stay at when visiting my in-laws. The comforter and shower were heaven haha. Mary was a delight throughout and very responsive. We ran into both her and Ben as we were heading out one of the days — super kind. We definitely plan to stay here again our next trip up!

Wonderful stay! Downtown Edmonds is such a treat, and this Airbnb couldn't have been a better fit for my husband and I. Perfect location, size, price, privacy, amenities, design, view (!). ease of entry and communication, everything. The personal touches and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. I hope we're lucky enough to stay here again!
