Monthly Rentals in Evancoyd

We had a great stay here over the Easter weekend. John and Paul have put a lot of thought and care into restoring the cottage and we especially enjoyed looking at the before and after photos! Amazing accommodation and fantastic hiking and exploring in the local area. Definitely recommended!

Lovely historic cottage attached to the main house. Well maintained with good quality fittings. Note there is a water softener fitted, so there is a separate tap for drinking water. There are a couple of dogs and cats next door, as well as chickens and a guinea fowl who occasionally appear in the garden, much to the dog's surprise. There is plenty of attractions around, a couple of National Trust houses and the market towns of Ludlow, Leominster and Presteigne.

Fabulous find. Was in the area working over the Easter weekend so if I couldn’t be at home I wanted to be somewhere better than my usual working away from home accommodation. Kelly’s place delivered and some ! Easy to find following great directions from Kelly. Absolutely everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. Big comfy bed , stylishly decorated and modern facilities. Everything I could need and some really lovely thoughtful extras too. Thank you Kelly , I really enjoyed my stay.

The old fforge stood out as one of the most idyllic Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. It was beautifully finished inside, in a lovely town with lots to do nearby. Melanie was super friendly and gave some great recommendations (Hay on Wye market on a Thursday is a must!). The cottage itself was spotless, and very homely, with everything we needed for our stay (and more, including welcome brownies!). Overall a fantastic week, we’d recommend to anybody wanting a few days of peace in the countryside!
