Villa vacation rentals in Eugene

Beautifully unique home in a peaceful hilltop neighborhood full of trees and wildlife, only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Eugene. My entire family felt comfortable and at home here. And BeeBee may be the most attentive and thoughtful host we’ve had on Airbnb. This was truly a restful and restorative sanctuary.

Had a great time. Hosts were amazing. Really cool, friendly, down to earth people. I was a little bit extra this trip and they were super helpful. Highly recommended.

Great option for university visitors! Quiet, private, lovely landscaping with easy access to everything. Very responsive to an issue that arose and excellent communication. Only one small caution—people who need nighttime bathroom runs might find the distance from upstairs bedroom down and through living room to bathroom to be too far. One of us used the fold out couch, and that would be an option if needed. Lovely and easy stay—definitely recommend!

This house is truly a sanctuary. The pictures do not do it justice. It's spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in town for my son's track meet and this was such a lovely home to come back to at night for some peace and quiet. BeeBee was extremely accommodating and responsive, and even left us some drinks and treats to start out with. The home is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and we were visited by wild turkeys, deer, and lots of birds. We hope to return in future years.

Our stay at Fiona and Jesse’s place was great. Perfect location that puts you in walking distance to pretty much everything Eugene has to offer. There is plenty of off street parking and the garden common area is really sweet and inviting. The pictures don’t do this cozy eclectic space justice! Would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Jesse’s. I loved the nostalgia feeling of all the interior decorating. The place was clean and comfy, i felt right at home. I stayed here for the Eugene Marathon and this was walking distance to the expo and start line buses. I walked around the area and there were some questionable activities, but once i entered the apartment it was quiet and i felt safe!! Jesse’s instructions were clear and her response time was incredible. Whenever i come back to the PNW I’ll be sure to stay here!

Ardyn's Home is a haven and sanctuary to rejuvenate your spirit and enjoy beauty and tranquility. This may be one of the best Airbnds in the country. Every detail and need is taken care of with consideration to honor you as a welcomed guest. You enter her home and say, "YES," we are going to enjoy the next several days here. Then the comfort of her home is like an open hand and welcoming arms to hold you every day. Perfect is a word to attempt to describe Ardyn's home and her care for you. She is on call to respond to any questions and address any unique needs. Her home is convenient to downtown Portland and the University. The location is ideal. You can relax in great comfort after wonderful days in the city or the "Garden of Eden"--the Willamette Valley and its countryside and wineries. The Villa was a great choice for our stay!! Very well-stocked, and the location was fantastic! Our hosts were also incredibly friendly and did such a nice job welcoming us in. The candy and popcorn bar for the theatre was a great touch, and we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!
