With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Cozy studio nestled in the quiet South Hills of Eugene. Free street parking and access to the neighborhood nature trail right out your door. Only 3 miles from Hayward and 5 miles from Autzen yet the feeling of being away from it all in our beautiful wooded hills. Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.

The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the private & peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard. Comfy queen sized bed, kitchenette for cooking meals or just making coffee (provided!), Wi-Fi, TV, AC & a covered bike rack in the fenced backyard make this place a great find.
