We loved this farmhouse! There was plenty of room for our group’s weekend getaway, with room to gather, space to get away, and plenty of activities to keep us occupied. The lovely oak grove and resident deer made the out door view fantastic.

A beautiful, clean, light, bright getaway in the trees. Truly the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in with thoughtful touches everywhere and considerate hosts. We loved walking the property with our dogs and taking morning dips in the hottub overlooking the foothills to the South. Feels like an upscale and modern nature retreat, while still just a short drive from town. 10/10. Thank you Jim & Stacy!

This is one of my favorite AirBnBs, and I stay at a lot! It’s so easy to find, park, access and get comfy right away. It’s thoughtfully designed and always clean and spotless. It has a cute, fenced patio with a hot tub, and it’s just nice to be there! Love it!

This is our second time staying at Brock's place. The home is beautiful, stocked with everything we need, close to area attractions and great restaurants. We enjoy the beautiful back yard and appreciate that the home is dog friendly.

I got this little gem for a weekend get away with my friend, for a girls weekend. We fell in love with this place. There was so many nostalgic items from posters, books, games, and so much that screamed my childhood. We felt safe having our dogs roaming in the back yard. We found that it was a quiet neighborhood. I definitely would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The space was super fun and stylish—definitely more of an experience than just a place to sleep. It’s in a great location, close to awesome restaurants, thrift shops, the bookstore I wanted to visit, ice-skating, and even the mall. The hosts were super cool and pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area was beautiful, and even just enjoying it from inside (with the cool lighting) was a treat. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

We stayed one night in this beautiful home as we moved our family across country. It was a welcome respite after a 10-hour day in the car. The home is welcoming and bright with all the comforts of home. We rested extremely well and would stay at this listing again if in the area. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all this home had to offer.

This place was very unique and packed full of fun for all of us. However, the security of the building should be updated. The code to the front door was the easiest code you could ever use. Parts of the exterior walls were only covered with a plastic curtain, which you could lift up and see outside. We had a lot of fun otherwise. Thank you!

This was the perfect place to host my family and to enjoy the weekend! Many essentials that make traveling across the country so easy! Lots of space for the 6 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed!

I traveled back home to Eugene with my family to take care of a close relative that had recently been in and out of the ER. This house was an oasis of calm during the trip -- a classic mid 20th century Coburg Road area home, with just the right touches of modernity. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect to sleep in (the firm pillow was amazing for my often painful neck). The location was perfect -- just off Coburg Road, centrally located between my relative's house and PeaceHealth Riverbend, and we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Kudos to Americana and Neil. I couldn't recommend it more!

M son had an extended stay while he was in the area for work. Communication and flexibility for extending his stay was super easy. We are so grateful to them for making his stay so easy and comfortable.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house. The house has a great layout—spacious yet cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. The outdoor space was a standout—beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. The great fire table in the backyard was the cherry on top, bringing everyone together for memorable evenings filled with laughter and good vibes. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything we wanted including a grocery store. This was our first Airbnb stay as a family, and it made for a really nice experience. We’d book it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We stay in Eugene a lot but typically for football games. This was just a week to spend with my college student and we were looking for a place that was beautiful but so close to everything and Chong‘s place fit the bill. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some spices and the sauna was a lovely touch. The primary bedroom was comfortable and dark, and everything in the house worked properly.
