Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Tastefully furnished, it has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The small kitchen is well equipped. You can take nice walks and trips to the most beautiful cities in Tuscany. Lucca is 3 km away: it is easily accessible by car, bicycle and bus. A short walk away, Fattoria Sardi offers wine tasting tours in the vineyards and its restaurant is excellent.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. You will have a kitchen equipped with a stove and fridge, a fantastic large bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. There will be a LED TV and air conditioning.
