Smoke free and pet free home. Please respect. Owner has strong allergies. There is a ban on all parties and events at this property, including a cap on occupancy at 6 without previous written approval by owner. Party violation $400. Currently no jacuzzi heat/ blower. Pool has an approximate temp of 85 degrees in the summer months (June-Sep). Solar panels warm up the pool during late fall, winter and early spring. Solar heat will not be provided during the months of June-September.

This property was in a quiet well-kept neighborhood. We felt safe and welcomed. Everyone we passed gave a smile and a wave. The home itself delivered. What you see in the photos and description is what you get. The spa was perfect for those achy bones 😊 The drive to and from the airport was a breeze. Tony is the property manager. He was kind, prompt and professional when needed. Just a side note. A reminder really. There is a lot of construction going on in Florida for obvious reasons. You may want to check construction in the area you plan on traveling to before you purchase those plane tickets. We would highly recommend.

Perfect for the active family from out of state. We were thrilled to have full use of bikes, kayaks, and beach gear. We used all 3 daily and couldn't have been happier to see dolphins and manatees in the river, have a relaxing day at the beach with shade and a cooler, and biking down to watch the sunset in the evening. The place was quiet and safe, providing us a good nights rest and place to cook. The location was close to a grocery store, the beach, and some local restaurants. Highly recommend!

The first thing I have to say is, I was close to giving up on Airbnb‘s altogether due to having a couple bad experiences and being told one thing and it not happening so I have to admit I was pretty skeptical from the beginning, but Michael was a wonderful host. Communication was great. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was just like in the pictures. We were there for a wedding. My family can’t wait to stay there again. While we were there, we checked out a few of the restaurants that were suggested and went to downtown Cape Coral and went to a cute little boutique called Simply Golden and my husband loved it because there was a great cigar bar right across the street. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait till our next stay. Thank you Michael!!!!

Bright Saltwater Pool Home-1 mile to Delnor Beach

We visited 3/23/24-3/30/24. The lovely Naples Park home was just as described. It was very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We came with our two adult daughters and our grandson. He really loved the pool and the outside shower. I loved the cage around the pool, it kept the bugs out so we could sit out there in the evening and play cards. There was plenty of Beach towels & ok beach chairs. They had a bigger cooler & a handy smaller one. The park pass was nice but be aware that Wiggins is still under repair from the hurricane. It is VERY limed to space. We only got into the park 1 day out of 6! I found a number on the side of the fridge for Naples park shuttle, Christine was fabulous. She picked us up at the house and dropped us at the beach!! Would definitely return. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The pool area was amazing. We loved that it overlooked the lake. They had pool toys for the kids and plenty of towels for everyone. We had one minor issue with the pool and Christina had maintenance out to assess very promptly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We would highly recommend this rental!

The house and pool is beautiful! The place is very easy to find and accessing the rental was seamless. Unfortunately for us the oven was not working properly and we were not able to cook in the house as we had hoped. We made management aware of the problem but with the combination of a weekend and a short stay, no repairs were able to be made.

Lovely Naples pool home great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s home! There are so many things to rave about it is hard to know where to begin. Upon arrival, it was sparkling clean and well stocked! The home is very comfortably furnished and has a great layout. It is also beautifully landscaped with flowering bushes and shrubs that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. We found it very pleasant to start every morning sitting on the lanai drinking our coffee and listening to the birds sing while awaiting the arrival of the butterflies that often visited. We also really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and found it very fun and relaxing when we were not at the beach. It should be noted that the house is in a central location, very close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and excellent shopping. Also of note, Ashley was a great host, very kind and quick to respond to any question throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with!

The home was beautiful! We had such a nice time. The house was equipped with everything you would need. The pool was large and the surroundings were beautiful (large palm trees on both ends of the pool for privacy and lovely views). There was enough space so everyone had their privacy and the communal spaces were inviting and large. It was the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed at.
