Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

Exceeded expectations felt at home great location

We had a great stay at Paul’s place in Cape Coral. There were four adults and two kids and we had lots of room. Having a pool was so helpful with two kids on the trip and we all enjoyed the hot tub especially since the nights were cool when we visited. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was spotless, the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen came with more equipment and supplies than some other Florida Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The BBQ by the bar doesn’t work, but there is another one in a different location (we didn’t end up using it). If you’d like the pool heated you can arrange this with Paul ahead of time for an additional fee. He was always very responsive whenever I reached out and lovely. A beautiful spot.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

Dennis and Stacey’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out inside, but especially loved the dining/living areas in the lanai! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, and fishing off the dock. We also rented a boat and were given clear instructions on where to dock, which was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day!

CoralVilla listing was exactly what we found when we got there. The pool area was where we spent most of our time while at the house. Great amenities and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We would definitely stay there again!

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

Loved the place, it was even better than described. The host was wonderful. The pool was amazing. Will definitely book in the future.

We had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was perfect and roomy. We were a group of 3 couples and never felt too crowded. Pool was great and just the right temperature. Cape Coral has so many great restaurants it's hard to pick. Really a great area. Would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Cape Coral.

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The house was absolutely spotless and looked just like the photos. Check in/check out was easy, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and if we come back to the area we would definitely want to stay here again!

We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.
