We stayed at Lisa's place for 5 nights and it was perfect for my husband, me, and our daughter! It is clean, quiet, in a great location, with all the amenities you need. Very close to gorgeous beaches. Lisa was proactive with communication and gave us the information we needed to just relax and enjoy.

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

Bonita Beach and Tennis 1903

DianaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

New condo on Fort Myers Beach

DawnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thank you again ! Overall a wonderful , relaxing , positive and slow paced week . Just as I hoped for and more . Still a lot of rebuilding after the 2022 severe hurricane that hit the area . This particular property had nice viewing of mangroves , iguanas , beautiful birds off the back screened sitting balcony. The condo was beautiful, clean and enough space for my husband and 2 of our 3 young adult girls that joined us . We enjoyed walking to the local farmers market , CVS, ice cream shop and boutique shops near by . We utilized Uber service to eat at restaurants further north of FMB and the trolley service { runs north / south } is a nice option as well . The early morning sunrise walks and gorgeous sunsets were the perfect anecdote for calm and relaxation . A nice break from the dreary winter weather we have up north during early spring . Thank you ~

2nd Floor Beachfront Condo Sanibel Harbour

MeaghanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Casa Bella A - 3 Bed/3 Bath - Steps To The Beach

WolfgangRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic stay! The communication with our host was super friendly and helpful, even though we only chatted via the app – it felt very personal. The house is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated with lots of lovely details – even the bedding and artwork stood out. As a family of five, we had more than enough space across two floors, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk to a quiet beach that felt almost private. We’d love to come back and can highly recommend this place!

We spent a beautiful week during Christmas at Chrissy’s place, and made some lovely family memories at the beach. They were kind enough to have a Christmas tree up for us, and the location- right on the beach- made for beautiful sunsets and views. Very comfortable, well appointed, and special place.

Blue Lagoon w/ heated pool-2 min walk to beach

KathyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The house was in a great location with a 5-7 min walk to the beach. The coolers, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella provided by the host were not only a cost saver but super convient. There were also beach toys, toddler bed rails and toys within the house which my kids loved. The neighborhood and surrounding area is obviously still recovering from recent hurricanes but didn’t bother ua and most restaurants and businesses were still open during our stay. Would definitely come back.

Beach, Sun and Fun! *Beach House * New Listing

CindyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I was very impressed with this lovely ranch home. I normally rent in Naples Park but decided to take a chance on this location. It is FAR BETTER than Naples Park. Like all of Naples, the neighborhood is transitioning but this home is a hidden gem. Big lot. Private back yard. I enjoyed each morning sitting on the porch listening to the MANY songbirds. Very convenient to Fifth Avenue and just a block off of the main Naples road. LOVED the private beach pass which stands alone as the BEST amenity! Easy to park. Bathroom access. Never crowded. Owner provided every beach accessory needed. Lots of chairs. Layout of home is perfect with master suite separated from the other bedrooms. Comfy beds and nice linens and towels. Art work compliments the home. Could maybe use a few more seating options of a bigger group stays but perfect for 4-6 people. I highly recommend staying in this home. Simple. Non-complicated. Allowed earlier check-in. VERY easy checkout. Would definitely stay again

We had two weeks in the house provided for us in Cape Coral. The house was perfect for us, and it looked even better in real life, than on the pictures. It’s a luxury with our own pool just outside our master bedroom. And Christian gave us a warm welcome and gave us all the information we needed.

Dream Villa with Private Pool/Spa

DerekRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

5 Bed/4 Bath Saltwater Pool Home May 7-14th OPEN!

WhitneyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub, although a bit smaller than we had expected, warmed up quickly and provided a much used space for our little ones. It does fit about 3-4 adults, so definitely not too small. From bikes to water toys to ping pong and a pool table, there is definitely something for everyone. Let’s not forget the BOAT! This was such a wonderful addition. We were able to go from the pool to a boat ride and back to the pool with ease. Joe was very helpful with getting oriented to the boat and the boat map was easy to read. Very bike friendly area with well marked bike lanes. There is a public beach 10-15 minute bike ride again which was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants right down the road. You will need to bring toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and any refrigerator condiments as none of that is included. Not a deal breaker for us, but something that we weren’t aware before doing our grocery order. Five stars!

This house was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Lovely Lanai by the pool. Well kept home with nice newer appliances. We felt safe in a block watch neighborhood. Convenient to stores nearby. The traffic noise could be loud at times. It’s what you would expect being a block off a busy street in any suburb. It did not bother us but worth a mention. Pool was very clean too. We would stay here again.

Sleek Cape Coral Vacation Rental with Heated Pool

JodieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay! A few details: 1. Location - the location is close to stores, groceries, restaurants. It’s about 25-30 minutes from the beach. The road is rather busy but you can rarely hear traffic in the backyard or in the house. 2. Cleanliness - the house was very clean. Well taken care of and as it appears in photos. Maybe nicer than photos. 3. Communication - Communication was prompt and clear. The couple of times we reached out - our questions were quickly taken care of. 4. Details/Supplies - every Airbnb is different from this perspective. Some provide a starter pack of things like dishwasher pods, extra garbage bags, etc. With this house, it does not come with any of the cleaning items. Not a negative - just be aware when packing or picking up groceries that you will need garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. 5. Dog Friendly - this was amazing to be able to bring our two dogs with a fully fenced yard. I would recommend!
