Fabulous property in quiet corner of the Bonita Springs neighborhood. Beautifully remodeled home with all the conveniences and attention to details providing lots of extras for your stay. Screen covered pool with jacuzzi and relaxing outdoor living space. We loved the reclining family room sofa! Easy bike or drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. One of the nicest properties we have rented. Does not disappoint.

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

This place seriously exceeded the photos! The house is so beautifully taken care of and in such a quiet spot.

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

Absolutely awesome house. The photos look great, but it's actually better (and more spacious) in person. The doors to the backyard slide all the way open (on both sides of the corner) so it can be an indoor/outdoor living space. And fully enclosed with nets so there's no worry of any creatures getting in. The backyard gets sun until about 4PM, which is great for anyone looking for some Florida sun. Very nice neighbourhood and super safe/friendly.

The home matched the description and photos. Enjoyed having a private pool area. We used the pool everyday of our stay. Close to many of the restaurants we enjoy to dine at. The home was clean and tidy. The electricity went out one morning and Jose was very responsive and kept us up to date on the situation. It was an issue on the power company’s end. The home worked out well for us.

Overall, we liked the house. The setup was great, especially for traveling with teens. There was plenty of space for us. The kitchen was pretty well set up. As I like to cook, there wasn't much missing. I do wish there would have been extra trash bags and dish washer soap. There was just enough laundry detergent and toilet paper to get through the week. The house is right off a major intersection but we had no problems getting in or out. The highway was loud, and sometimes bothered us while we were outside, but the house was quiet on the inside and we had no problems sleeping. The pool table and huge TV in the living room were great. TV's everywhere if you needed to be inside to escape the heat. The pool was lovely, and very clean. We had a minor issue while there but Jason was right on top of it. This was our first time in the area. It's not my cup of tea, but I don't regret anything about this house. It definitely made it a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you so much Jason!

This house is stunning. We had an amazing time. The open air infinity pool was beautiful. We stayed for six nights. We only went out once to the beach! We were at the beach for about two hours and decided that we would much rather be at the house with the pool and the waterway view. Every morning, we would wake up and have bloody Mary’s or iced coffee by the water. Two of the mornings, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins. The entire trip we spent outside and utilized the grill for our meals. The host was extremely responsive. At one point I had issues figuring out how to turn on the pool heater. The host came right by and looked at everything for us. In reality, I just wasn’t reading the instructions properly lol. I would absolutely want to come back here. The only minor issue that I could find was that the upstairs showerhead pretty low water pressure. However, I don’t feel like this would ever stop me from coming back here. This was one of my favorite trips.

We had 4 generations of family staying at Brad's. Having 2 separate living areas worked out perfectly. it would be great if a door was added at the top of the stairs so you could leave both doors open as we didn't want to waste the air conditioning. The beach is a super quick walk from the house so easy to go back and forth as needed. The pool was also a huge hit and was heated perfectly as stated in the listing. Would definitely stay at Brad's again!!

BEAUTIFUL home! We loved the house so much we extended our trip an extra night. Lanai and pool area was a perfect set up for relaxing in the evening, we were able to fish off the pier and they had kayaks for us to use…. And the neighborhood was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

The place is as shown in pictures. House is tastefully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen with what you could possibly need to cook. Very comfortable living room area, felt like home with all the reclining furniture. Pool area is beautiful. Where we spent most of our time. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to store's and restaurants. Would stay there again.

What a great place to stay!!! We had an amazing weekend!!! Richard was very kind and communicative from start to finish. The house has a very good vibe. It is in very neat condition and spotless (tidy, clean, and very well organized). The patio/lanai is the best place for a morning coffee. We also loved the kitchen window overlooking the pool, practical for keeping an eye on kids and the sunlight is amazing. We also felt very safe and comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Excellent amenities, comfy beds, quite and peaceful. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We will definitely come back very soon since we love the city of Cape Coral, and this is the best place to stay. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Lovely place to spend time with family. I loved that it’s pet-friendly. We all had a great time because your pets can easily adapt to the place. There are instructions to help with that. Christy was very communicative and kind at all times. Highly recommended.”

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

My family and I completely adored our stay! The house is stunning. Maria really took her time with the little details. The pool area was great. They have an outdoor couch swing overlooking the pool + canal, which was the perfect place to read, nap, or just take a break from the sun. The pool was heated and so clean. We especially loved the kayaks, the pool table (although the wall kinda gets in the way), and the electronic game table. We had a full house w/ 8 guests and had more than enough space. They have a fire pit on the dock which was perfect for roasting marshmallows and watching the sunset. They had everything we needed as far as basic toiletries and essentials. They even had enough pool towels for everyone. If you have little ones, they’ve got you covered with safety. From the pool gate, to the child lock on all the doors, they really did think of everything. Maria was quick to respond and the attention to every detail made it easy to just relax and enjoy family time :)

The house was as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the more touristy areas. The host provided a list of recommended attractions in the area, which we used to plan our outings. We drove to fort Myers beach one day and the next we went shelling on Sanibel island. Lots of other attractions in the area too, such as dolphin cruises, nature preserves, parasailing and more. Plenty of places to eat and there’s lot of stores in the area if you need anything. The home was beautiful. I really enjoyed the pool. I will miss the morning swims. There were 3 bedrooms. The two primary bedrooms were nice and cozy. There’s two small beds in the 3rd room. Felt more suitable for a child or teen. I made it to the area early and they offered early check in. Everything was clean on arrival. The host was very responsive, though we didn’t experience any concerns. No unreasonable rules or check out expectations, which is appreciated. I would return to this location!
