Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Esterillos Oeste

The location would have been difficult to find so Johann met us in Parrita and we were able to follow him, so arrival at the right location was uneventful. We found Johann and Elke to be great hosts as they respected our privacy yet were always available anytime we wanted to contact them. They were more than willing to answer any questions, provide us with everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the sofa upon arrival was broken and once Johann was informed he went out the following day and purchased a new one for us as well as providing us with a brand new microwave. The pool was great, scenery was awesome. We found it to be a peaceful, relaxing surrounding.

Rosalia is an excepcional host, super helpful, friendly and with great communication. The house is super comfortable and looks like brand new with everything working super well and super clean. I loved that the kitchen/living room is connected with the bbq/pool, so the family can be all together. Only 5min by car from Hermosa beach and located in a beautiful gated community. I’ll be back with my family for sure!

Great home with all amenities. Backyard was very beautiful and well maintained. Keyna was very responsible and helpful. Ryan also responded with all the queries and took good care of us.

This was such a nice experience. Juan was beyond responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is so nice to walk! Many birds and animals to see whether walking on the roads or the trails. Restaurants are a quick drive and there are many things to do close by - we hiked Rainmaker which I highly recommend. Juan owns a restaurant that we ate at 4 times in 4 days. Fresh and delicious and right on the beach. The guys in our family went fishing and 2 of the nights we brought the fish in and the chef made incredible meals for us. Our last night was a Saturday and there are surfing competitions in front of Juan’s restaurant every Saturday. He went out of his way to get us a table with the perfect view of the sunset and surfers. The home is so clean and the setup was perfect for us. We had 2 couples and 2 boys. The 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom each and access to the pool from each room was great. The pool was perfect! Highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Juan!!

Great stay! loved the pool, perfect temperature. location is good not far from the beach, although house can easily be missed maybe need a welcome sign. host communication was great! would stay again

What a spot!!! Can’t wait to visit again

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

David was a great host and responsive! We stayed here for a local wedding and it was the perfect space for the 4 of us and felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The place was very nice, safe, clean and quiet. Excellent place for a vacation with the family. There was also an excellent weather and very helpful and kind people. I congratulate you. We would be happy to come back.

The place is just as shown in the photos, everything is very clean and very nice, we had a great time!

We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We loved staying at Gustavo’s place. Cool decor and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. Close to all amenities, restaurants and the beach club. Lots of high end features. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house in the jungle. The hosts were responsive and Ramin was a pleasure to talk to! He helped us out with lots of suggestions and recommendations. We paid for the sauna, ice bath, and mudbath, which were worth it! Tips if you intend to stay here: - Before coming up, make sure to pack food/groceries/cooking supplies to bring back to the place. It's a fairly long windy road getting back and down from the place to the main town, so sometimes you may not want to do the drive to get food - Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise or are a light sleeper. The bird/cicada/windchime noises can get loud - The sun rises early and sets early. There are no blackout curtains (for good reason!), so bring a sleeping eye mask if you are sensitive to light. Since it gets dark really quickly and it's a quiet zone here, you're expected to sleep quite early! - Be prepared to download offline maps and maybe even your own portable battery charger in case service cuts out

This was a wonderful last minute spot for a midway stop on our roadtrip. I requested the cabin around 4pm, and Esteban approved it within an hour so we had a place to sleep on Easter Sunday. Thank you, Esteban! Pura Vida

A very nice and private stay. The place was very clean and comes with everything you need for a quiet stay. Perfect for getting out of the routine.

A place full of peace with very beautiful green areas. We really enjoyed the terrace a lot. We were able to observe many birds, among those hummingbirds. The entire kitchen is properly equipped. The hygiene and presentation is impeccable. Totally recommended for someone who wants to get out of the city and take a break.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Quiet, serene setting, EXCELLENT birding from the porch thanks to a private feeder and stream nearby. The house was beautiful and had so many thoughtful touches! If you want to experience this area and avoid the crowds of Jaco, this is the place!
