David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

We had a great time, excellent place, tidy, clean, with the conditions that were published, well furnished, excellent support from Javier and a very comfortable place. I hope to be back soon with more time.

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Great location, top floor overlooking the beach. Great restaurants directly across the principal Highway. Super nice apartment and very clean.

The condo is great. New and quality furniture with very comfortable bed. Very secure new building. Amazing view to the south of entire Jaco beach with nonstop ocean sounds. Town is just a block away. This place is perfectly located ocean front, very secure and very easy check in process. We will stay here every time and we have been to Costa Rica 10 times and stayed elsewhere and this is a top place at reasonable price in may.

I feel so lucky I got to stay here. This home is located in a private, beach front community with other travelers and locals. The pool was beautiful with a swim up bar and macaws flying over our heads and hanging out in the nearby trees. The home was beautiful and very clean, it was easy to feel at home and get a good night’s rest. The home is beautifully designed yet very cozy. The host was awesome and provided us a list of local food, activities, and more! They didn’t miss a beat. I highly recommend choosing this home for your stay in Costa Rica. Also, Jaco and the surrounding areas are so extremely beautiful. This was the most incredible trips of my life, everyone I met was so cool and friendly, the food was amazing, and the wildlife was breathtaking. If you have the opportunity, please don’t pass it up!

Kelie’s place was absolutely magical! Perched atop a hill, it offered breathtaking views and a symphony of nature every morning—we loved waking up to the sounds of birds and other wildlife. Seeing toucans and macaws right from the property was unforgettable! The pool was the perfect temperature and a great spot to unwind. Inside, the home was impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were incredibly spacious. The outdoor grill and sound system made our evenings extra special, creating the perfect setting to relax and soak in the beauty of Costa Rica. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Kelie herself. She was the most responsive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had. Her kindness and attention to detail elevated our trip—from her fantastic recommendations to the way she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. She truly cares about her guests. If you’re visiting Costa Rica, do yourself a favor and book Kelie’s place. It’s not just a stay—it’s unforgettable!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

I mean where do I start… beautiful home I couldn’t pick a better place to spend my birthday if I come back to Costa Rica I will be coming back to this house Lara communicated perfectly and all her recommendations surpassed my expectations

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Today we said goodbye to that beautiful place, a super-equipped condo, everything as shown in the photos, they helped me with everything I asked, the place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 NATURE, YOU BREATHE PEACE, we saw the white-faced monkeys, limpets and sloths, we visited the two beaches Manta and Playa Blanca right there, the building is super close to the beach, it has many amenities, the beach club was also very relaxing and the ocean view I loved, my family and I were delighted with the view from the balcony that has the nature that you breathe, I recommend it to spend a family vacation, my family and I are sure that we will come back. ☺️😍😍😍Excellent 20/10 Punta Esmeralda, I do not have a single complaint about the place or the host who helped us with everything. Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!
