Monthly Rentals in Essendine

We had a delightful, peaceful stay in the barn. Spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped. In the most beautiful setting of an idyllic village. Frances is friendly and helpful and suggested some good local places to visit. She welcomed our two dogs with pleasure which I really appreciated.

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

This is a wonderful property in an idyllic location, the village is beautiful with two great pubs. The house has everything you need, lots of little touches to feel like a home away from home. Michelle the host is lovely and friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do in the local area, we really recommend Burghley House as a day out only 15minutes away from the cottage for all the family. All in all a 5star stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
