We stayed at Osprey Lodge this weekend as a Christmas present for my partners parents and grandad! It did not disappoint the lodge was perfect, the fishing was great we even caught some fish! The location was absolutely ideal and we loved the entertainment at the club house area! Would definitely recommend to those wanting a family fishing trip!

The cabin was absolutely lovely. So clean and cosy. Pleasantly surprised to find things like blankets, little led candles, big fluffy towels, lots of board games. It was very comfy and homely. The location was very peaceful. Not much for children to do outside the cabin itself, but we expected that - would recommend bringing bikes for kids. We had nice sunshine to enjoy the outdoor decking & seats to see the sun go down behind the trees. Jean was very friendly and quick to respond.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The house is comfortable, well equipped and spotless. It had everything we needed, including good size mugs and a teapot! Marie and Ben gave clear and easy instructions on how to get into the house and further information was in the house , if you needed it. Marie was in touch to check we were ok during our stay, which was kind. The garden was a sun-trap, making a tranquil place to rest after exploring the area. It's a perfect location, quiet, easy parking, an attractive village (with walks from the front door) and a pub 2 minutes walk away. We could not think of anything we would add here - a perfect place to stay - we'll definitely back.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. What really made it for us was Laura and ash’s kindness and warmth, the location and the beautiful outside space including the great hot tub. It’s such a peaceful location with country/woodland walks from the front door but villages/amenities within easy reach. There are loads of lovely places to visit within 30 mins drive. The chalet is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s not brand new but was warm, comfy and clean with everything in good working order. We all slept well. The shower is not the most powerful but we found it fine. I think it’s really good value for what is on offer.

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

We had the most wonderful stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. If you have little ones, this place is the one! Adam was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. The house was super clean, everything was so easy to work/find. We would hesitate to stay here again. Brilliant value for money, we had the best time. Thank you again Adam and Hannah.

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

Lovely home from home caravan I liked the extra touches, hot water bottles on all the beds and lots of board games for the children .It was also good to have the smart tv and beable to log into prime tv etc .Kirsty was great at responding when we had a problem with the toilet , she had it sorted within a few hours . 5 Stars – A Relaxing and Thoughtful Stay! We had such a lovely 3-night stay at this lodge! We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

It’s a peaceful location and roomy enough for 5 people. Parking may be a bit hard to find but you can park in front of the garages on lowick gardens temporarily. The communication was good. I would recommend this place to others.

Lovely warm house, with easy instructions before arrival. There were three double bedrooms which were all comfortable. Large kitchen and the garden was enjoyed by the children. The house was great for the family and a short drive to city centre. We enjoyed the local parks. The shower was lovely! The bedroom TV did not work - not an issue for us but just for others who may have expected it. Just not tuned in.

Highly recommended! Beautiful cottages and location, perfect for our group holiday. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed, the accommodations had great showers and comfortable beds. thank you hosts for being so responsive, for answering all my questions and requests with patience :) my family enjoyed their time there. my only nitpick would be some kitchen utensils were a bit dusty / dirty, and there was no hooks in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to hang up clothing. other than that, everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic and memorable stay.

Host were really accommodating and met us on arrival and showed us all the amenities. Our girls loved the princess theme and games. They enjoyed playing with all the children on site. The site had everything we needed and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this for others
