Really cute apartment, well equipped and with an astonishing view from the terrace and from the flat itself (staring at the sunset from there is overwhelming). We really felt at home. Mèlodie has been really kind and proactive.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Appartementhauses mit ca. 36 Wohnungen fussläufig zu Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet incl. Gewürzen, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck und sogar extra Handtüchern und Sonnenschirmen für den Strand. Olga war sehr nett und bemüht, gut dass wir ein bisschen spanisch verstehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le logement est parfait, la vue magnifique et le silence en cette période de l’année absolu. La savina est est vivante tout en étant très tranquille, la mer l’entoure de toute part ce qui fait son exception. Excellent accueil, l’hôte m’a accompagné à ma 2 ieme location.

Appartement spacieux et calme. Maria nous a laissé une vidéo avec toutes les instructions ce qui nous à facilité notre arrivée. Le balcon,la vue sur mer et piscine ont aussi été appréciés. Petit moins sur les équipements notamment de la cuisine un peu datés. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Maria.

It was a wonderful stay with fantastic accommodation, right by the sea. The apartment also had a kitchen, so we could have breakfast every day on the terrace with a fantastic sea view. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. I would book the accommodation again at any time!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Apartement und haben die wunderschöne Aussicht sehr genossen. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten von der Fähre in der Wohnung und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig dort. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt unterhalb der Wohnung. Verschiedene Restaurants sind im Ort, uns hat das Café del Lago sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns Fahrräder vom Fahrradverleih schräg gegenüber (bei zwei freundlichen Frauen ) ausgeliehen (für 15€ pro Tag) und damit einen Teil der wunderschönen Insel erkundet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Jaime!

Excelente apartamento de ubicación inmejorable, a unos pasos del centro. Muy cómodo, acogedor, con bastante espacio. Nosotros éramos sólo dos, con un bebé de casi dos años y nos resultó bastante cómodo. También está completo con lo indispensable para la estadía. Balbina siempre ha sido muy atenta y amable, guiándonos durante toda la estadía ante cualquier duda. Volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí sin ninguna duda, muy recomendable.

Ivan’s place is wonderful and he and his partner are great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little slice of paradise and we hope to return sometime soon.

L''appartamento di Giovannadora è delizioso, pulito e ordinato con tutto l'occorrente per qualsiasi esigenza. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, nella movida di Es Pujols, a due passi dal mare ma con un parcheggio per auto gratuito a 2 minuti di cammino. La comunicazione è stata ottima, molto gentile e premurosa anche Laura che ci ha accolto e si è sincerata che tutto andasse bene. Alla prossima!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ibiza Real Estate war einfach fantastisch! Für den Preis ein echtes Schnäppchen – besser geht’s kaum. In nur einer Minute ist man zu Fuß am Strand, einfach perfekt. Die Räume sind groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufen? Kein Problem – alles liegt direkt vor der Tür. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung! Einfach klasse – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Buscábamos un alojamiento sencillo en una zona tranquila. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está ubicado cerca de todo. Nosotros fuimos en coche y llevamos bicis, lo que nos permitió movernos por la isla con mucha facilidad. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento, muy amable Narci recomendándonos sitios para visitar o restaurantes para cenar la noche que llegamos. Nos sentimos de vacaciones pero como en casa. Muchas gracias!

Wir hatten trotz schlechten Wetter einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Marjolin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns noch ein Babybett für unsere Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie hat uns auch einen flexiblen Check In und Out ermöglich.

This villa is gorgeous. The location is prime. There are some good restaurants around the area and a convenience store very close as well. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Looks exactly as the pictures. We had a great time. The only issue I had was the water not going down the drain in the shower fast enough, and I had water all over my floor every time I showered. I let the host know. The good thing is that there are 2 other showers so we managed. I would definitely come back to this villa and 100% recommend it!
