Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

A 1 minuto andando a una clínica privada, supermercado,cafetería y a 10 mts andando a restaurantes. A 5 mint. con coche al Casco histórico, y a 15 minutos a la playa del Puerto y 5 mints al pueblo. Encontrarás tiendas tradicionales y restaurantes. 5 camas, 1 cama Queen, 2 baños, enorme terraza.
