Vacation rentals with a home theater in Erie Canal

Great place to stay! Mazzeo is a great host. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and featured a key pad lock to the front door and a second dead bolt lock inside, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The projector screen in the living room is perfect for movies, and Mazzeo does allow guest usage of his subscriptions! The apartment is in a nice suburb outside of center city Rochester with off street parking. Definitely recommend! :)

Rodd‘s place was perfect. We only stayed one night after hiking at Letchworth State Park. Very close by and easy walk to restaurants in town. Would highly recommend.

Very affordable and convenient place to stay that’s walkable to the SU hill area. Very large rooms. Secure area with easy access and parking right outside the door. Host was extremely responsive and staff is either at desk or on call 24/7. Highly recommend renting here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Semkin’s place. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a lovely location. Bonus points for proximity to the indoor water park! Semkin is a great host and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Grant was a great host during our work trip. He was responsive, clear in communication, and attentive to any questions we had. The location is perfect—just a short walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, making it convenient for both work and downtime. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again if I’m ever back in Albany!

Jessica was truly the definition of a Super Host. We’ve stayed in many places and I can’t tell you how amazing she was from check in to check out. Responsive, friendly, and very professional. The house is breathtaking and nicely organized, we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to return! Our family enjoyed staying at her space and we made many core memories. Book this, you won’t regret it.

We were very happy with the accommodations. There is plenty of room for a family gathering. We had a pre-funeral gathering of 10 people from all over the country and were very comfortable. The hot tub was great. It was too early for the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. This would be an excellent retreat for a family of six for an extended stay in the summer or winter. A great location for a private getaway. Close to Syracuse (20 minutes) for entertainment trips.

I didn't not meet her in person but I can still feel Tanya's very friendly, caring and loving person. she has both professionalism and warming heart full of kindness. Absolutely had blessed times and enjoyed. No hesitate to recommend to my friends ~ Thank again ^^

This was the second time staying in this house. We love it! So spacious and spotless!! Has everything you need plus more. Very comfortable environment. My family was staying this second time for my fathers funeral. They were very thoughtful reaching out asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay any better. They were in constant contact. I would highly recommend this air bnb!

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was peaceful (it's set back on the woods) and offered ample outdoor exploration. We enjoyed walking to the creek each day. Plenty of space inside for everyone. The game room was an added bonus for all ages as there was so many different games to play. Very fun.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and huge—it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host, Abby, was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. The house was exactly as promised. It was very comfortable and everything worked. In fact, a few extra amenities in the house made it feel extra special. The only bummer was that we were only booked there for one night. We wish we could have stayed longer! But to put it simply, out of a party of six adults and one kid, all seven of us gave Roman's house two very big thumbs up. And if I needed to reach him he got back to me within just a few minutes. Not to mention the value for price paid was exceptional. Thank you, Roman!!
