Beautiful cabin with authentic Adirondack furniture in great location!

The "Nest" was a great home base for some outdoor exploring. The space is large and has everything you need for a long weekend or longer. The property is pretty (wish I had more time to explore it). The pooch felt right at home.

Spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful amenities. Comfortable bed and SOFT sheets/blankets and an easy walk to downtown, but also super quiet for sleeping. Highly recommend!

Cindy was a wonderfully responsive and kind host. This was a great location for our group to lay our heads while in town for a wedding. This area is a bit tough for Ubers as there aren’t many in the around but we made it work. Guest house was beautiful and clean and Cindy was super accommodating. Place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, especially to spend more time at the lake!

Mary Ana's place was great. Very close to Letchworth State Park, had everything we needed for a nights stay, wish we could have stayed longer, and if we are back in the area we will definitely stay again!! great hospitality

The house was beautifully furnished and up to date. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting our son at SUNY Oswego and was less than 15 minutes from campus. We especially appreciated the heating system (very important during the winter) and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Chance's airbnb was fantastic... plenty of space for my family with small children to enjoy ourselves. Chance was also very friendly and responded to questions almost immediately. My family and I will definitely be booking again next year, maybe without the kiddos. Everything was very clean, very nice dishes and cookware were available too. There were enough linens for all of us, towels, blankets, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner just went all out to make sure you're comfortable. I wouldn't change anything about our stay except maybe that we stayed longer. There was a beautiful dog Harley that we fell in love with that Chance let us play with for awhile also. This is a great space to enjoy time with your family. Chance is a great host. Out in the middle of nowhere, but felt right at home.

Stayed here while spending a week visiting relatives in nearby towns. Perfect stay. Definitely would come back the next time I visit the area.

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

John's place is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Very close to the track. A couple of good Restaurant's near by. Pictures and description of property were perfect. Place was spacious and very clean. Perfect for a couple or 2 couples. We would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for a PRIVATE & QUIET stay then look no further. The charm here is the hosts response time,unit cleanliness & location. My stay was 15 nights & I was able to go for a run everyday in the lovely kid friendly neighborhood. There is a nearby laundromat& you can enjoy the cafe/bakery next door as you wait. I spent a lot of time in the unit to study & quiet is an understatement. You would occasionally hear the rumble of a car down the street at night but that’s it. The unit is just as photographed &they have equipped it with thoughtful amenities & a fully stocked kitchen even down to a rice cooker. Only kitchen downside was the lack of a traditional stove/oven but everything is as advertised and works. There is private parking and a private seating area outside the unit and gives you an outdoor space on sunny days . Sleep is cozy would just recc black out curtains. The Hosts were the real stars as they were just the nicest people and very responsive. 5 stars all round!

This was an ideal place for my husband and I for a long weekend. It was close to antique shops and Herkimer Diamond mines, two things we love. James was an excellent host and available when needed, but never intrusive.

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Carriage House. Stephanie was a great host who very graciously allowed us to check in early due to an early flight. The Carriage House was cozy and we had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the shower, while a little tricky to figure out, had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for our day trips to Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Salamanca, and Victor NY. We enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens on the property. The 11:00 check out time was also nice as most places we stay want you out by 9:00-10:00. We would definitely stay here again. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Stone’s Countryside Tavern. The prime rib dinner was amazing and so was the hot turkey sandwich.

We enjoyed our trip up to the county cottages so much! It was so refreshing to have everything we needed on our trip (even some things we forgot to pack). It is a very serene, quiet and friendly place. They have a beautiful place there with so much to do for the whole family. We are already planning our trip next year to go back! They have two large playgrounds for kids, one is a treehouse which was a huge hit for both my kids. The game room had some arcade games and a ping pong table which we used daily. They also have a pavilion that you can grill food, relax and play a game of pool. Right next to that they have a fire pit with a ton of Adirondack chairs. The pool was heated and was very clean! Bonnie gave us tons of recommendations for local restaurants in town and was always around saying hello and asking how we were doing. That made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to coming back and saying with them next year!

Tom was great, he delivered messages for check in and check out on time. Made sure we didnt have any questions and everything was perfect. The place was exactly what we saw in the pictures. The place was clean. Had everything we needed. everything was perfect Thanks for a great stay.

What a peaceful stay we had at Lyn and Deedee place! They were both very responsive to all questions and had some great recommendations for us to do! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to safely roam around as we relaxed by the fire. The cabin was exactly as the photos depicted, note that there is no running water inside the cabin but plenty of bottled waters were provided. Access to the bathroom facilities was a “hop and skip” away, the outdoor shower with hot water was a nice surprise! The ac unit was perfect to keep the cabin cool, but I do recommend bringing a fan. The fridge is NOT inside the cabin, so it is recommended to plan accordingly if you are a snacker 🤪 This was the perfect combination of camping and glamping! Highly recommend

What a fantastic place! Perfectly located in downtown Cooperstown, literally a three minute walk down the street to the HOF and all the shops and restaurants. Easy check-in, on-site parking next to the front door, peaceful, clean, nicely decorated, even a welcome bottle of wine! It could not have been more perfect. Some wifi issues, but the host was proactive in providing a solution plus our hotspots worked just fine. Strongly recommended!
