One of our favorite air b&bs to stay at! Always clean and comfortable and such a beautiful little place!

We really enjoyed our time at the Peppermint Cottage. It was freezing cold and snowy when we got there and it made us feel instantly warm and cosy when we walked in and a fire was already going in that beautiful fireplace! It was a quiet and peaceful location, and we enjoyed a quiet nights rest. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Had a great week getting away from the grind of the city and work. It is private, very quiet, deep in the woods. The outdoor fireplace and grill were the perfect touch. I didn't have any cell service in the entire valley from Honeoye to Naples (I'm on T-Mobile) but a friend and and family member who had Verizon and AT&T had good service.

What a beautiful, relaxing home. i needed a place to relax after a long day of volunteering and this was beyond my expectations.

Sherry's suite was top notch. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. It was great to return to such a welcome and peaceful refuge each night. Sherry is always available and very helpful with quick and knowledgeable answers to issues both large and small. Hope to stay again on my future visits.

The cottage and property was well maintained. You definitely feel like you’re staying at a person’s home. The books, games, open floor plan, soaking tub, all make you feel cozy and if your staying at a friends cabin without the guilt of being an intrusive guest. The bugs deterred us from being outside at night, but that is to be expected with the view. The kayaks were easy to use and not far from a sandy shore and lake. We stuck to the middle tiny island and floated. It is not deep. The private beaches are not necessary but there is a small area near the painted frog rock where you can place your kayak if you are alone and want to swim. I was told by the renter’s it was fine but you want to ask because I don’t know if it’s technically private shoreline. Sitting in the living room playing trivia and hiking Auger Falls was our family’s highlight and bringing our dog made him so happy. He is still tired! It was the perfect combination of rustic charm with excellent amenities.

We had a great stay at the Basswood cabin. Our little dog Max had a blast on the property trails. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes, we will definitely be back.

Tom & Shelly are fantastic hosts. Have been to the cottage before and look forward to staying with them again! The cottage is a great place. Clean,cozy and quiet in a beautiful area.

Our stay was amazing. Peaceful and secluded just like we were hoping for as a getaway from the city for us and our pup! Christine was friendly and ready to help if we needed. Our dog loved splashing in the river and the secluded nature of our cabin. Kayaking was a lot of fun and Christine had good recommendations for walking trails and food in the area. We went during her quiet season so it was pretty much just us and it was exactly what we were looking for, can’t wait to return next year.

The place was exactly as described. We were very pleased at how clean the place was. we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The place is fully equipped with everything you need.

Jason’s cozy bungalow had everything we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway from Rochester- quiet and peaceful setting with a view of Honeyoye Lake at the end of the street, a perfectly appointed kitchen, and all the little details we loved about the listing. I can imagine it’s even better in the summer! The home was spotless when we arrive so we could get right to relaxing. Definitely recommend .

Scott & Ina's place is just AWESOME!! One of the rare places where everything looks as good as the pics! They were OUTSTANDING hosts. Always responsive and always looked to make you as comfortable as possible. The place is beautiful and the views are gorgeous!! We booked the place for a 29th anniversary...so WORTH IT!!! Would love to stay here again.

Cozy and quaint cabin, warm place to hangout while it was raining, and beautiful hike down to the lake when it got a bit nicer. Lots of recommendations in the binder and super cute outdoor area!

I recently stayed at a Lakeview cabin and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake right from the porch. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway for relaxation. The amenities were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a serene retreat in nature. Henry was exceptional! He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the warm welcome to the helpful recommendations for local activities, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Henry's hospitality truly made our stay special.

We had a lovely couple of days. The view of the stars out the back porch was amazing! It was also awesome to bring our pup with us. She loved running through the leaves and hanging out with us. Super cozy cabin definitely recommend to visit to see the amazing fall foliage!!

My wife and I had a great time. It was very quiet and cozy and we wished we stayed a couple extra nights.

We stayed in Janelle’s cabin four nights & found her cabin well appointed & very clean! There were quick responses to the few questions we had. Decor was welcoming & so well thought out for the Adirondack feel. The cabin is so quiet. We both have trouble w sleeping away from home, but not here, as it was peaceful & the bed was so comfy. The kitchen was great. We used it a lot as we ate all our meals there. Warrensburg was a close drive to get all our essentials. Janelle's kitchen is well set up. The sitting rm furniture was comfortable, & we found the "unplugging" we needed w/o cable TV in the cabin. There was quick hot water in the kitchen & the bath w fluffy towels. The cabin= plenty warm. Lovely, serene property outside the windows w white birches & other trees to relax w your coffee. Wifi worked great. My Husband was able to snowboard at Gore Mountain 20-25 min away. Well maintained roads in the area. Local folks friendly. Great stay-- would love to come again! Thx Janelle!

The Dax was perfect for a three night stay for the two of us: clean, warm, and comfortable. Angela and John's listing was just as we experienced it. They provided extra touches like chocolate + popcorn to snack on, the heat was on, and communicated during our stay. We were able to do light cooking as the kitchen had the necessary utensils and basics of oil and s+p. It's also important for us to have fragrance-free linens and that was a plus. We were visiting the Adirondacks for hiking and bird watching, spring migration had just started, we highly recommend the Bog Meadow Brook Nature Trail in Saratoga Springs.

We had an amazing time visiting the Finger Lakes. Pauline's boat house was so cozy. Being located right on the lake was a huge plus. We enjoyed coffee every morning lakeside under the sun. Pauline was very kind and responsive. We would definitely return to the boathouse! Thank you very much Pauline!

We were the first of the season! We brought our pup Nala for her first trip. Upon arriving we had very clear instructions to get to the cottage. The cabin was very cute and cozy. There’s a beautiful stream in the back of the cabin that’s so peaceful to listen to throughout the day. We grilled our meals for the day and enjoyed the fire pit as well. Such a memorable trip. The host was very responsive and very sweet. We would definitely come back.

My partner and I had stayed here for two nights. The area was quiet, but very close to local attractions and restaurants (within minutes). The place itself was the perfect size for us and very clean. The amenities were great; the projector was our favorite along with the fireplace. David Michael was very helpful and responsive to our questions and greeted us warmly. We’d absolutely consider coming back here if we’re in the area again! Thank you for having us.

This 100+ year-old farmhouse is full of charm, character, and thoughtful touches—plus all the modern comforts. It had everything our family of three needed for the perfect Easter getaway. Bird watchers and bookworms will be in heaven! Pro tip: arrive before dark—we didn’t, and the unfamiliar countryside gave us spooky vibes. But by morning, we were in love! Set on a peaceful stretch of woods, it’s only 15 minutes from Wegmans. Fresh flowers in every room, cozy couches, and the most beautifully decorated Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like a well-loved home, not just a rental. A bay window offers views of chipmunks, squirrels, turkeys, and if you're lucky, maybe even a fisher! Watching my son hunt for Easter eggs around the pond while we sipped coffee on the porch is a memory I’ll cherish forever. Thank you, Jason (and kudos to his wife, the decorator!) for creating such a magical stay. We were sad to leave and toyed with adding another day, or two...hope to return!

The cabin was as pictured but was across the street and down from the public access to the Lake. The amenities were good with basic necessities provided. The fire wood provided was very nice to have as we enjoyed an evening around the fire. The place overall was nice.
