Monthly Rentals in Ephraim

This was a perfect option to kill time as a school bus driver on a 13 hour field trip to the college. I took a nap, watched Netflix in peace and comfort. I was even able to park my bus right in front on the street so I could see it from the window. The place was cozy and clean. Shayla was very accomodating of my schedule. She and her family were respectful of my privacy, while also friendly and helpful. Shayla left a personalized note and snacks for me. Also, the most adorable, curious cat was hanging around. Which made everything more awesome!

Perfect location for Scandinavian Heritage Festival over the Memorial Day weekend. The bed was comfortable, and decor and everything we needed in this cozy corner of the home was a great place to rest and recover for the next days activities. Loved the breakfast muffin touch and being right next to the Solid Rock class Cafe with delicious bagel sandwiches and lots of charm as well. Even though there was lots going on the weekend we were there, it was still a quiet restful place to be each night. We will return!!

The home is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It would be awesome for families with children! We enjoyed the relaxing and quiet neighborhood. It was close to Manti temple (we were in town for a wedding) and Roy’s pizza was good too! We got quick responses and communication from the host. Highly recommend!
