Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Annecy. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und der Tiefgarage sind erstmal ein wenig kompliziert, aber die Fotos und Videos sind dabei sehr hilfreich

Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

Хорошая, уютная, небольшая квартира, нам всё понравилось, рекомендую для размещения в Анси. Квартира подойдет для 2 человек. Мы были еще с 2 детьми, было тесновато при разобранном диване в гостиной. Заселение удобное - через кейбокс. Квартира на третьем этаже под крышей, лестница узкая и крутая. Несмотря на жаркую погоду и отсутствие кондиционеров, нам было комфортно. Квартира хорошо продувается, если открыть все окна. Рядом есть торговый центр с магазинами Zara, H&M, большой супермаркет. Близко ж/д станция, до центра пешком минут 10-15. На территории возле дома есть частная парковка и выделенное парковочное место, это было очень удобно для нас.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

perfekte Unterkunft für ein verlängertes WE. Nur 10Min. vom Bhf, direkt in der Fussgängerzone und 5 Minuten vom See und dem Chateau. sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. kleiner Minuspunkt, unter 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich eine Bar, deren Musik (Bass) das Einschlafen stören kann.

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans le logement d'Alejandra. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique : 10 minutes à pieds de la gare, 10 minutes du centre historique et 15 minutes du lac. Nombreux commerces (grande surface, restaurants, prêt à porter, pharmacie) à proximité. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux et très bien équipé : vous ne manquerez de rien si vous choisissez d'y séjourner ! Nous étions 5 (4 adultes et un jeune enfant) et nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds :) Enfin, Alejandra a été extrêmement disponible et est venue nous accueillir en personne.

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

La maison de Rémi est vraiment idéale : propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Que ce soit pour un long week-end ou des vacances, elle répond à tous les besoins. Même si nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer Rémi en personne, la communication a été excellente par messages et téléphone. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour une arrivée sans stress et a pris des nouvelles pendant le séjour. Une valeur sûre si vous cherchez une location sur Annecy !

Maria et Jean Marc sont des personnes accueillantes, très sympathiques et discrètes qui vous fait tout de suite vous sentir comme chez vous . La petite maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et de plus le quartier est très calme. Ce fut un vrai plaisir pour moi d'y avoir séjourné.

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. I highly recommend this apartment and i know you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Patricia!

Le chalet était impeccable, bien équipé et conforme au descriptif. C'est un endroit paisible avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous avons apprécié l'intérêt de Jean-Michel à notre égard et ses réponses rapides. Séjourner chez Jean-Michel a été un plaisir. Nous recommandons.

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place and location, attentive and responsive host. I would definitely get back although the music coming from the club located in the basement of the building could be annoying at night.

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne !
