Cozy 35 m² apartment on the ground floor of an old walnut oil mill renovated in the 1950s. The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station. On the route of the most beautiful passes in Europe, from the Col du Petit Saint Bernard via Italy's Aosta Valley, the Col de l'Iseran on the Grandes Alpes route, the Cormet de Roseland, the Mont Blanc tour, and many hikes. The chalet Marron was our former home so is set up to be very comfortable and is very well equipped. 3 spacious en suite bedrooms , and a mezzanine with shower room that sleeps5/ 6. Flexible bedding arrangements to accommodate your group. Beds made on arrival . Easy access by free navette to Sainte Foy ski resort , and between 15 - 20 minutes drive to Villaroger Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isere and La Rosiere
