Le Warens is a very comfortable apartment very well located in the antic part of the town It consists of: A stylish small living room overlooking the canal, with a comfortable sofa-bed for 2 persons. A large kitchen/dining room: the new design kitchen is fully-fitted with ceramic burners, dishwasher, refrigerator, multi-functions oven, NESPRESSO coffee machine in addition to the traditional coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster A nice access hall leads to the bedroom with on one side a bathroom with shower enclosure, heater-towel warmer, hair dryer and on the other side a detached toilet with hand basin. The bedroom is spacious with twin beds (90X 200), quality bedding transformable upon request into a king bed size (180 x 200) For your extra comfort, you will find: Internet WIFI connection LCD TV with 30 channels, DVD player and entry phone and common laundry machine complete the whole facilities Household linen is also provided Cot and high chair available on request and free of charge This very nicely decorated apartment can accommodate 4 people Le Warens is on a private floor where the other two apartments Le Rousseau and Les Rêveries are located too as welle as my own apartment. All the apartments are private and quiet. A laundry machine located in a separate and commun space on the private floor is available for the 3 apartments. I am living in the same building in my own apartment. So it's very convenient for check-in/check-out, and for any information or assistance . But I am very respectful of the privacy and tranquillity of my guests. The apartment is on a pedestrian street in Annecy. A vegetable market is held here three times a week on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. The district is full of businesses and restaurants and the lake is only a 2-minute walk away. The raiway station and the bus station are at about 7 minuts walking distance. Good bus service from Geneva airport to centre of Annecy. Parking’s close by, a discount is available (You will need to show your home rental contract to the Parking Services of Annecy City) or ask me for parking facilities in Annecy ( parking vignette 15 euro for the stay) Free parking: 10 minutes, by foot Airbnb is collecting a tourist tax of 0.70 euro per night and per person. This amount is directly transfered by Airbnb to the community of Annecy agglomeration This apartment is a 3 stars category and the rate of the tourist tax for this category is 1 euro per night and per person over 18 years old The difference of the amount of the tax is 0.30 euro per night and per person which you have to pay directly to the owner that transfers it entirely to the community of Annecy agglomeration. Three apartments are situated in the privative floor of a building of the 17th century and offer the possibility of sharing them in family or between friends. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.
