Rémi's house is really ideal: clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. Whether for a long weekend or a vacation, it meets all needs. Although we didn't have the opportunity to meet Rémi in person, communication was great by message and phone. He gave us all the information we needed for a stress-free arrival and checked in during the stay. A safe bet if you're looking for a rental in Annecy!

We are very happy with our weekend at Guilhom's. He is very attentive, very attentive to his residents. The house is very nice, the rooms are bright, the terrace area is appreciated (and we even have access to the garden so the kids can play ball). The only small problem, the location of the house near a highway. We recommend Guilhom and his place.

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We implemented his tips and discovered many great places around Annecy in the short time. His remarks on the history of this city were also exciting and very interesting. Thank you for the time. We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). Functional apartment, comfortable bed, nice balcony sunny in the morning; great location, close to the lake for swimming, access to the empty center easy by bike or bus or 20-minute walk, small local shops very nice.

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor with breathtaking views and which makes rainy or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! Recommended!

Great stay and highly recommend.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

We spent 3 days at Marilyne's place, where everything is well thought out so that we can have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I would recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and views of Lake Annecy.

It is a perfect location with absolute quiet and perfect access to surrounding amenities! A pleasure to think about going back 🙏👌
