Close to (station) Zutphen and Deventer, with a beach on the IJssel 5 minutes by bike.

The apartment is located in a Westphalian farmer's house that is over 100 years old. The entire apartment is barrier-free. Smaller's dogs are welcome. Smoking is possible at the cozy terrace. A dream for cyclists. The Berkelroute leads directly past the house, the castle route is a few miles away. We have an e-bike charging station and the wheels can be stored dry and safe. Shopping facilities are sufficiently available in the surrounding cities.

Net als de recreatie, wellness en verschillende restaurantmogelijkheden. Het Tiny house zelf is 6 x 2,44 en heeft daarmee een oppervlakte van bijna 15m2. Er is een gratis parkeergelegenheid dichtbij het huisje.
