Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our nice place right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

Bed & Sauna is located on the edge of the center of Zutphen, in a beautiful Jugendstil mansion. Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.
