I really enjoyed the area and the apartment exceeded my expectations, very clean with a modern taste. Both Christian and Sarah were accommodating when I had questions. Would certainly go back there.

A very comfortable home

Nice apartment, equipped with all comforts. Nice terrace with a little sun in the evening. Nice in nature, with the forest literally around the corner.

It was a beautiful location/accommodation to relax and also a convenient base to visit different cities.

Had a wonderful stay! Diana offered flexibility in check-in and was quick to respond. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely come back here if we are in the region.

My mother-in-law slept one night with her dog in the apartment. Everything worked smoothly. Communication was super easy despite the holiday - via written contact. Easy check-in without feeling like you're disturbing on Christmas Eve. Always happy to come back

A very great stay. Very modern apartment in a very quiet environment. Can only recommend it.

Marion is very quick to respond to your questions. My mother and I enjoyed this beautiful place wonderfully quiet, but a steep slope to free parking. Inside with a key box worked well, the space is very clean and tidy, everything is available. Otherwise, the village is easily walkable, beautiful castle to visit, pizzaria around the corner where you can eat.

The apartment corresponded to the description. Communication with the landlord was friendly.

What a lovely place to stay a few nights. Small but nice and everything present. Even a game to play on your own :) Beautifully located in a very quiet area. Cozy and tastefully decorated and a lovely bathroom. As far as I'm concerned, certainly repeatable!

Everything was at the best level

We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. It was all as described and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need to relax. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We enjoyed 2 relaxing days in Zutphen thanks to the wonderful place. Everything was as described, clean and we were warmly welcomed by Han and Evelien. The sauna and hot tub made this short trip a small vacation for us. Thanks for everything, we'll be happy to come back.

The apartment was modernly furnished and very clean. The plus point was the made beds and plenty of towels. The highlight was clearly the hot tub, which was already heated up on arrival. The surroundings were quiet and shopping and bakeries were within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment!

Mario is a good host, everything was good and everything was organized

We had a very nice time in the Vechtedomizil! Here, young and old get their money's worth: Our 1.5-year-old son was delighted with the child-safe apartment, the games, books and the beautiful surroundings with playground, zoo and swimming pool. And we adults were able to relax well in the hot tub, sauna and while SUPing (highly recommended)! By the way, the hosts are super accessible and very friendly!

Very well-kept apartment in perfect downtown location. Everything is within walking distance, and the area offers great opportunities for walks with the dog. A clear recommendation! We will be back!
