The country house on the Het Vlier estate has a guest room with a balcony and a bathroom on the first floor. The estate covers 6 hectares, and you have plenty of space to walk, sit outside, and swim in the large swimming pond. In the room are bathrobes and towels. You can make coffee yourself; is a small fridge. Breakfast is on request and can be used in the room or in the summer season outside. Our guest rooms are not suitable for stays with dogs. The guestroom is on the 1st floor of our home and can be reached via the stairs from the main entrance. The room has a double bed, a small desk, and a sink, which is very convenient. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle. The room has a small balcony, which is lovely in the summer ☀️🌿

It has it's own entrance path and amenities for work (wifi, small computertable), for cooking and an outside porch for your finest relaxing moments, also in cold and reainy weather. The guest-bathroom is in the main house and accessible from outside. There's free parking in front of the house.

Outside are 2 seats and a shed with a charging point for bicycles. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included.

The apartment is located in a Westphalian farmer's house that is over 100 years old. The entire apartment is barrier-free. Smaller's dogs are welcome. Smoking is possible at the cozy terrace. A dream for cyclists. The Berkelroute leads directly past the house, the castle route is a few miles away. We have an e-bike charging station and the wheels can be stored dry and safe. Shopping facilities are sufficiently available in the surrounding cities.
