Had a wonderful time, no issues. Everything as described nice place.

The apartment was exactly as expected. It was a great location, easy for us to get everywhere we needed with a lot of good food and things to do close by. Everything was sent to us beforehand with easy directions and all the necessary info to make the stay smooth. We definitely would recommend anyone else to stay and future visits we'll be looking to stay again!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

Cherlynn has a great place for the solo traveler, and is fantastic for getting a lot of work done. Clean, private, quiet, and she was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. Felt right at home, was sad to leave.

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Stayed here for seven nights in total in early June, visiting friends in Littleton. After a 15 hour flight from the UK, driving on unfamiliar roads and in the dark, the 1am check in was seamless, the instructions were clear and the outside light was left on for us. We awoke the next day to a beautifully decorated house, with everything you could need and more. I cannot find fault with anything, the furniture and bed were very comfortable and the garden lovely and peaceful. The house was cooled which was a welcome touch in unfamiliar heat! Ideally situated close to shops and restaurants, everything is in walking distance. would deffinately stay here again, thank you ladies!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

Leanne really made the most of every inch of the space and we loved eating in the peaceful backyard. She had thoughtful touches everywhere and the neighborhood is full of walkable restaurants and shops.

Nice place for one person or a couple looking to explore Denver. Parking is easy and the place is cozy. The yard is nice too. I had coffee on the front patio a couple times. Some people in the comments have mentioned the neighborhood is sketchy but I didn't get that vibe at all. It seemed safe to me. The only drawback is the kitchenette instead of a kitchen, but it was sufficient to make a simple breakfast in the morning and then eat out for the remainder of my vacation.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

The most charming tiny home. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable giving me a much needed quality nights sleep. I like to cook my own meals, so the well equipped kitchen was a dream. I enjoyed my morning coffee every day outside in the little patio area. My only regret is that I knew sooner how close it was to the popular South Pearl Street. I highly recommend the farmers market there on Sundays. This will be my go to home away from home whenever I visit Denver!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as pictured and squeaky clean. Our daughter loved having her own space downstairs. I was amazed at all the ingredients already in the kitchen! Neighborhood is so peaceful but still close to everything. Minimal checkout tasks. Best AirBnb we've experienced!

Ruby’s Gem was perfect for us! We spent the night for a concert and it was exactly what we needed and the perfect location! Instructions were very detailed and Corey was super responsive and accommodating. It was very cute and comfortable :)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. You can tell she really cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable for her guests. Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

Communication with the host was smooth and easy, parking was a huge plus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway!
