Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! Comfortable queen bed, cozy sofa, 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Outdoor surf shower and a hammock to relax in. Close/walking distance to the ocean, park, and great local restaurants/bars.

Neptune street, walking distance from restaurants, local boutiques and convenience coming home for a quiet peacefull outstanding space. The apartament is well decorated with a bohochic design .A perfect combination where either choosing being inside or out you will be comfortable in peace. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, you can drink what you like is always 5 a clock some where sunrises sunsets!

Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!
