Very nice White House, Finca Ibicenca type, in L'Estartit, with roof terrace, Menorcan aloe vera and olive tree garden, direct access to a common swimming pool, very wooded and quiet subdivision in a green area. The house is 10 minutes from the sea, with access by bike path or road, and access to shops 2 minutes away. L'Estartit is a classified nature reserve with its renowned Mèdes islands for diving. Nature is at the heart of this preserved village, with 400 km of hiking trails.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Villa Arte

Our spacious villa, with a large private pool, outdoor shower, and numerous green outdoor terraces, is situated in a central yet idyllic location. There is also a barbecue area with Mediterranean-style seating. A place to feel good, artistically designed, with plenty of space and its own unique atmosphere. The Pyrenees on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. The villa is 3 km (1.9 miles) from the beach. The town of Rosas is 3 km away and Cadaques 10 km.

Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade that leads to Empúries. In front of the house, we have the municipal gym, which has an indoor pool, and right next door, we have the tennis and paddle tennis club, where you can rent a court to play.
